“We brought three generations to Special Teas to fulfill my mother’s wish to have tea with her daughters and granddaughter. It was a lovely way to spend a fall afternoon. The service was fantastic and staff were very attentive. The variety in teas allowed everyone in our group the opportunity to experience unique tea flavors. The food and desserts were phenomenally delicious and traditional and paired well with the tea fare. Thank you for giving us a wonderful afternoon and a memory that will last a lifetime.“

“We went today, I wanted a peppermint coffee, but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. When I ordered a peppermint cold brew, the employee (I wish I got his name!) guided me through how to make it the tastiest version of what I wanted. When we pulled up to the drive thru window, he waited for me to taste it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. It was EXACTLY perfect. Kudos to him, this made my day and I hope more people are blessed with his excellent customer service.“

“MOTW has the best chai in the city. I love the soft, creamy, silky texture of their Yemeni chai. I love the way they decorated the 38th st location, very inclusive and powerful pictures. Great spot to get some work or reading done. Also love their prayer or meditation area. It’s such a wonderful coffee shop. Usually Raadia is there when we go and she’s such a kind and friendly soul, always so helpful and customer focused.“

“We visited this great location during a “road trip” from Florida. We were greeted by Travis who was very welcoming and took the time to answer my questions about a couple of items on their menu without making me feel rushed. Since we couldn’t decide, we tried many items including their Oatmeal (the best we’ve had during our travels), Quiche (excellent), Avocado Toast (superior flavor), Summer Toast (great mixture of flavors with great blueberries), Chai Tea (just right), Peach Lemonade (very refreshing) and great coffee. Bolton Bean will be our “must go” place when in the area in the future.“

There were a dozen other things I wanted to try, including the creme brulee cheescake, the baklava cheese cake, and the Greek pies. My wife got a hot coffee with almond milk, mocha and peppermint. I like my coffee creamy, and this was the first coffee with almond milk that tasted good to me. I have found my new favorite coffee shop in the area. Whatever you're doing, drop it and visit Coffee & Pi now!“

“The bagels are supreme. Dunks isn't even in the same league as Dew on bagels. The coffee and prices are about the same, but the food quality and variety of options is vastly superior to dunks. I'm not sure how Dunkin can legally call their product food. The Dew does it right.“

“I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). “I have been coming to this Dunkin' since Covid and I can honestly say it's the best one around. Every single worker who has been here over the years has been super friendly and amazing. We have even become friends over the years! They know my order before I even say it and they make my coffee correctly EVERY time. The staff is 10/10!

I would also like to point out that on weekends, a lot of customers get frustrated with the worker, but it's not the worker's fault that there's only one person working at that time. They are doing their best to get everyone taken care of, especially when they have mobile orders coming through AND a line inside with people ordering food and drinks. That's a lot for one person to handle.

So I would love for people to keep in mind that you shouldn't get frustrated with the person working at this Dunkin' - or any Dunkin' - when they are by themselves. It's a hard job to do alone. Just put yourself in their shoes. If you don't want to stand in line and wait, you can always walk out and go to a different Dunkin'. Just remember, it's not a big Dunkin', it's a gas station Dunkin', especially on the weekends when there is only one worker.

“Best latte around! ☕️ They don’t have a drive-thru, just walk-in, but I always come here because the latte is totally worth it. I’ve tried lattes at several Dunkin’ locations in Ashland, Framingham, Southborough, Westborough, and Hopkinton—this one makes the best by far. Highly recommend!
