The food, drinks, pastries, everything here is fantastic!!! It’s by far my favorite place to eat in Hudson for lunch and breakfast. Haven’t yet tried the dinner, but will try it soon.
Enjoyed the savory popcorn, cheese plate, beer and the Kyoto coffee. Very friendly staff and cozy seating. Very relaxed atmosphere, would come back again.
Always a “top shelf” experience. Great job!

Wild Hare is a great little cafe located in a cool old industrial building with a spacious and comfortable setting. The coffee is fantastic, made by skilled baristas, and the food is top notch and super fresh. Menu highlights include the Broccoli Cheddar soup, Roast Beef sandwich, and the special French onion quiche. The grilled cornbread comes as 2 huge slabs served with maple butter, and the cinnamon rolls are a highlight with pillowy dough and cream cheese icing. Other popular dishes are the Wild Hare Breakfast Sammie, Harvest Hash, and the “Benedict in a hole”. The bacon is good, and the sourdough toast is wonderful. Service is friendly and informative, parking is easy, and the overall value is great. A hidden gem that locals love.
