Spent a couple hours here for food and a few drinks. It wasn’t crowded the Friday afternoon we went. The tacos were decent, I enjoyed the barbacoa taco more than the chicken. The chips that came with the guacamole were very thick and difficult to chew, wasn’t very pleasant. The beers were good, good atmosphere and friendly staff. It wasn’t until after we left we saw the outdoor beer garden around back!
Medusa Brewing Company was on my radar for a year or two now and I was very eager to try it. From a bird's eye view I liked their concepts very much which is often the selling point for me trying out new breweries. I was one of the first clients when Medusa opened for business. Great place, awesome service and of course, great beer! Unfortunately after moving out of Hudson, i was back last Saturday with a friend and what a disappointment. Beer still the same and everything else but service.
