that was my fault. I brought it to the attention of the manager who immediately refunded me for MY screw up...the reason for my 5 star review goes to the employee and Manager of that DD for doing something that really didn't need to be done...
A classic case of putting the customer first that you do not see much anymore..

“MOTW has the best chai in the city. I love the soft, creamy, silky texture of their Yemeni chai. I love the way they decorated the 38th st location, very inclusive and powerful pictures. Great spot to get some work or reading done. Also love their prayer or meditation area. It’s such a wonderful coffee shop. Usually Raadia is there when we go and she’s such a kind and friendly soul, always so helpful and customer focused.“

“I went in for lunch and had the BLT. Extremely tasty! Also paired it with a London Fog tea (don’t judge me) which was also great. I’ve been here a few times even though this is my first review but how can you not like this place?! Very chill friendly vibe with a little for everyone in here. Musical, literature, vinyl, and of course a plethora of business cards from various local talents. The workers and even the customers all make you feel wanted in here. “We visited this great location during a “road trip” from Florida. We were greeted by Travis who was very welcoming and took the time to answer my questions about a couple of items on their menu without making me feel rushed. Since we couldn’t decide, we tried many items including their Oatmeal (the best we’ve had during our travels), Quiche (excellent), Avocado Toast (superior flavor), Summer Toast (great mixture of flavors with great blueberries), Chai Tea (just right), Peach Lemonade (very refreshing) and great coffee. Bolton Bean will be our “must go” place when in the area in the future.“

“We love Aero and we are regulars. They make their own syrups (in addition to coffee) and their beverages are bar none. All our friends and family who visit us in MA request to go to Aero when they visit. Great ambiance.“

“My wife and I took our 3 year old daughter to check out this new coffee shop after it came up in a Google search. Let me say I had not met the couple that owns the shop before today, and yet I have never felt so invested in wanting to see a new shop succeed as much as I did this one! The owners are a lovely young couple, extremely friendly, and accommodating. They love what they do and it shows in the quality of the food. I ordered the Pi (egg sandwich) and a cold brew coffee. Both were excellent. They roast their own coffee beans and it had just the right amount of roasted coffee flavor. There were a dozen other things I wanted to try, including the creme brulee cheescake, the baklava cheese cake, and the Greek pies. My wife got a hot coffee with almond milk, mocha and peppermint. I like my coffee creamy, and this was the first coffee with almond milk that tasted good to me. I have found my new favorite coffee shop in the area. Whatever you're doing, drop it and visit Coffee & Pi now!“

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“I went for the first time, even though I didn’t care for what I ordered, I will go back again! ( I tried something new) The two people working were very friendly. They made every effort when I told them I didn’t care for my meal. I ended up with bagel and cream cheese that was really. My friend had a blt, she loved it. It’s comfy and nicely decorated.“

“I’ve visited 3 times. The first time, the coffee was good as was the pastry, but it was expensive. The other 3 times the service was so slow that I left. There was no one else standing at the counter but the employees were more interested in chatting and texting than taking my order. I store there for at least 3 minutes each time. I do not recommend this place.“

“FANTASTIC coffee and pastry!!! Friendly and welcoming staff helped us understand the menu and the yummy foods we were seeing - they were Brazilian specialties. We tried a sweet cream bread that was surprisingly light and delicious, as well as a warmed chicken and cheese croquette. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend if you’re in or driving through Marlborough!“

Every time without fail they hand my drink to me at the perfect temperature, hot enough to last my commute but not too hot that it'll burn my mouth. “We brought three generations to Special Teas to fulfill my mother’s wish to have tea with her daughters and granddaughter. It was a lovely way to spend a fall afternoon. The service was fantastic and staff were very attentive. The variety in teas allowed everyone in our group the opportunity to experience unique tea flavors. “This has the best arabic pastry around hands down. Havent found homemade turkish candy since in MA before its wonderful. For those that say this place is expensive...must not go out very often haha. The owner brought pan out with fresh pastry for us to pick from when we came on our first visit. Serial returner love this place, I gained weight this ramadan bc if them hahah“

“I've been meaning to leave this review forever. Cassandra is such an asset to this Dunkin' location! I hadn't been at the drive thru in a while but she immediately remembered me, saying "No decaf today?" I normally get a decaf but today was buying for another family member who takes regular, not decaf. I was shocked that she remembered that detail! And she is always so pleasant!!! Keep people like her on board...she is great for business!!!“

“We went today, I wanted a peppermint coffee, but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. When I ordered a peppermint cold brew, the employee (I wish I got his name!) guided me through how to make it the tastiest version of what I wanted. When we pulled up to the drive thru window, he waited for me to taste it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. It was EXACTLY perfect. Kudos to him, this made my day and I hope more people are blessed with his excellent customer service.“

“I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks, as a former barista I care very deeply about the quality of my drink and I’m never disappointed by the grafton street location. They even remade a drink from the Route 20 Starbucks and were so nice about it!“

“The bagels are supreme. Dunks isn't even in the same league as Dew on bagels. The coffee and prices are about the same, but the food quality and variety of options is vastly superior to dunks. I'm not sure how Dunkin can legally call their product food. The Dew does it right.“

“I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the bacon was crisp, and there was plenty of it!! Wish I lived closer, I would drive thru all the time.I did not go in, and it is a Honey Dew inside a gas station, but DeeDee's service was so great, she earned the 5 stars for 'atmosphere'“

“We went there to dine with family as a halfway place for all of us. They seated us right away and the service was quick. I honestly can't remember what we all ordered but I remember everyone was happy with what they ordered. I would go back there.“

“I recently purchased a pouch of your FBOP Ceylon black tea. It is excellent IMO. I use 1 tsp tea leaves per cup. The ad says 4 oz, but the pouch reads 200g (7oz).“

“Stayed here for about two hours in between business meetings. Product is just what I've come to expect. Good coffee. My only complaint was there was a cold breeze in the lobby even though the doors were closed. Probably coming from the HVAC and it didn't matter where I sat, the cold air was moving pretty good. After a while I was able to ignore it. There was barely anyone inside, so maybe the HVAC is set to a setting expecting more people inside putting off body heat, which is typical for many Starbucks.“
