that was my fault. I brought it to the attention of the manager who immediately refunded me for MY screw up...the reason for my 5 star review goes to the employee and Manager of that DD for doing something that really didn't need to be done...

“MOTW has the best chai in the city. I love the soft, creamy, silky texture of their Yemeni chai. I love the way they decorated the 38th st location, very inclusive and powerful pictures. Great spot to get some work or reading done. Also love their prayer or meditation area. It’s such a wonderful coffee shop. Usually Raadia is there when we go and she’s such a kind and friendly soul, always so helpful and customer focused.“

“Melody Maker is the biggest meme. Their Google menu is full of little comments and laughs, the people are hilarious but their food and coffee is no joke. I'm very judgemental on espresso drinks and yet I've never had a bad one from them no matter who made it. It's always smooth, never burnt or old tasting. Their food is amazing and I crave it regularly. The atmosphere is incredible. If you haven't been here then you're wasting your time.“

“We visited this great location during a “road trip” from Florida. We were greeted by Travis who was very welcoming and took the time to answer my questions about a couple of items on their menu without making me feel rushed. Since we couldn’t decide, we tried many items including their Oatmeal (the best we’ve had during our travels), Quiche (excellent), Avocado Toast (superior flavor), Summer Toast (great mixture of flavors with great blueberries), Chai Tea (just right), Peach Lemonade (very refreshing) and great coffee. Bolton Bean will be our “must go” place when in the area in the future.“

“This place had an incredible Italian style sub. Top two in the state for a guy used to north Jersey and NY delis. By far the best within a half hour of Hudson. Very nice owners. Just a top notch experience.“

“We love Aero and we are regulars. They make their own syrups (in addition to coffee) and their beverages are bar none. All our friends and family who visit us in MA request to go to Aero when they visit. Great ambiance.“

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“My wife and I took our 3 year old daughter to check out this new coffee shop after it came up in a Google search. Let me say I had not met the couple that owns the shop before today, and yet I have never felt so invested in wanting to see a new shop succeed as much as I did this one! The owners are a lovely young couple, extremely friendly, and accommodating. They love what they do and it shows in the quality of the food. I ordered the Pi (egg sandwich) and a cold brew coffee. Both were excellent. They roast their own coffee beans and it had just the right amount of roasted coffee flavor. There were a dozen other things I wanted to try, including the creme brulee cheescake, the baklava cheese cake, and the Greek pies. My wife got a hot coffee with almond milk, mocha and peppermint. I like my coffee creamy, and this was the first coffee with almond milk that tasted good to me. I have found my new favorite coffee shop in the area. Whatever you're doing, drop it and visit Coffee & Pi now!“

“I have been ordering breakfast for a year plus now. The food is always fresh and the plates and dishes are plated in a way that shows how much they care. 100% my go-to when I cant or dont want to cook. Great work! Great proportions! Great taste“

“Me and my husband was on a road trip from NYC and we stopped in the Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot there was a young man Justin or Justine on his break he overheard my husband saying what he wanted the line was long he returned from his break when I got to the counter both coffee was made to our perfection amazing and we tipped very generously“

“I’ve visited 3 times. The first time, the coffee was good as was the pastry, but it was expensive. The other 3 times the service was so slow that I left. There was no one else standing at the counter but the employees were more interested in chatting and texting than taking my order. I store there for at least 3 minutes each time. “The staff here at Robust are always so sweet, and they do an incredible job making my latte every morning. Every time without fail they hand my drink to me at the perfect temperature, hot enough to last my commute but not too hot that it'll burn my mouth. I'm totally hooked on the biscoff cookie butter latte. Their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are also fantastic.“

“We went today, I wanted a peppermint coffee, but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. When I ordered a peppermint cold brew, the employee (I wish I got his name!) guided me through how to make it the tastiest version of what I wanted. When we pulled up to the drive thru window, he waited for me to taste it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. It was EXACTLY perfect. Kudos to him, this made my day and I hope more people are blessed with his excellent customer service.“

I hadn't been at the drive thru in a while but she immediately remembered me, saying "No decaf today?" I normally get a decaf but today was buying for another family member who takes regular, not decaf. I was shocked that she remembered that detail! And she is always so pleasant!!! “The other day I stopped at Grafton St Starbucks for a mid morning pick me up and was greeted with some of the best service I have received from a Starbucks. I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to the manager of this store Kaitlyn, she runs a great store but couldn’t be done without her all star baristas. Food and coffee were spot on and the team as a whole behind the counter were working extremely hard with the mid morning rush but still gave me my items in a very timely manner. Overall, the best Starbucks I’ve been to (I go everyday) and I will drive extra just to come to this location specifically because how well Kaitlyn keeps this store. Very pleased“

“I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the bacon was crisp, and there was plenty of it!! Wish I lived closer, I would drive thru all the time.I did not go in, and it is a Honey Dew inside a gas station, but DeeDee's service was so great, she earned the 5 stars for 'atmosphere'“

“I recently purchased a pouch of your FBOP Ceylon black tea. It is excellent IMO. I use 1 tsp tea leaves per cup. The ad says 4 oz, but the pouch reads 200g (7oz).“

“Stayed here for about two hours in between business meetings. Product is just what I've come to expect. Good coffee. My only complaint was there was a cold breeze in the lobby even though the doors were closed. Probably coming from the HVAC and it didn't matter where I sat, the cold air was moving pretty good. After a while I was able to ignore it. There was barely anyone inside, so maybe the HVAC is set to a setting expecting more people inside putting off body heat, which is typical for many Starbucks.“
