“I have been coming to this Dunkin' since Covid and I can honestly say it's the best one around. Every single worker who has been here over the years has been super friendly and amazing. We have even become friends over the years! They know my order before I even say it and they make my coffee correctly EVERY time. The staff is 10/10!

I would also like to point out that on weekends, a lot of customers get frustrated with the worker, but it's not the worker's fault that there's only one person working at that time. They are doing their best to get everyone taken care of, especially when they have mobile orders coming through AND a line inside with people ordering food and drinks. That's a lot for one person to handle.

So I would love for people to keep in mind that you shouldn't get frustrated with the person working at this Dunkin' - or any Dunkin' - when they are by themselves. It's a hard job to do alone. Just put yourself in their shoes. If you don't want to stand in line and wait, you can always walk out and go to a different Dunkin'. Just remember, it's not a big Dunkin', it's a gas station Dunkin', especially on the weekends when there is only one worker.

“Had an issue today with a double order thru the DD app
that was my fault. I brought it to the attention of the manager who immediately refunded me for MY screw up...the reason for my 5 star review goes to the employee and Manager of that DD for doing something that really didn't need to be done...
A classic case of putting the customer first that you do not see much anymore..

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“The staff here at Robust are always so sweet, and they do an incredible job making my latte every morning. Every time without fail they hand my drink to me at the perfect temperature, hot enough to last my commute but not too hot that it'll burn my mouth. I'm totally hooked on the biscoff cookie butter latte. Their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are also fantastic.“

“First time I've been to a Honey Dew. At this location, I found the staff very friendly! The food was tasty and i enjoyed the coffee, as well!
I had the hot caramel latte and the waffle sandwich. The caramel is sweet so I didn't need to add sugar. The sandwich had egg, bacon, and cheese with a buttery flavor - yummy!“

“The bagels are supreme. Dunks isn't even in the same league as Dew on bagels. The coffee and prices are about the same, but the food quality and variety of options is vastly superior to dunks. I'm not sure how Dunkin can legally call their product food. The Dew does it right.“

“I've always wanted to try this place. But walking in it seems like they are less customer service oriented. They really want to sell you the product but they don't want you in there. And I wish they had sausage patties instead of cutting sausage links but that's just my preference. Go for the food not the Aesthetics.“

“Me and my husband was on a road trip from NYC and we stopped in the Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot there was a young man Justin or Justine on his break he overheard my husband saying what he wanted the line was long he returned from his break when I got to the counter both coffee was made to our perfection amazing and we tipped very generously“

“I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the bacon was crisp, and there was plenty of it!! “Best latte around! ☕️ They don’t have a drive-thru, just walk-in, but I always come here because the latte is totally worth it. I’ve tried lattes at several Dunkin’ locations in Ashland, Framingham, Southborough, Westborough, and Hopkinton—this one makes the best by far. Highly recommend!

I went through the drive-thru, got home, went to place my coffee on the coffee table and it slipped out of my hand. So after clean-up, I went right back out to Dunks.

I pulled up to the window, the woman recognized me and I told her what happened. She gave me coffee #2 on the house!! It was so appreciated!“

I hadn't been at the drive thru in a while but she immediately remembered me, saying "No decaf today?"
