“My boss goes in every Saturday, and is probably the first one in the door. I had never tried Donut Kitchen until I started working for him, and boy I didn't know what I was missing. Yesterday morning I ate two honey-dipped (glazed?) donuts followed by the cheesey bagels for breakfast, and they are absolutely phenomenal. And, according to my doctor, I've managed to lose 10 lbs. while eating your donuts and bagels once a week for about 2 months - so you must make magic donuts! Cannot wait to come and take my family to your little piece of culinary heaven!“

“This Duncan branch always makes great coffee never a problem and it's my choice in town even though unfortunately you have to go inside. The ladies are great super friendly and never a bad cup of coffee It's the best Dunkin donuts in my little town. Don't bother going to the other one“

“The day I went it was very slow but I still had to wait as they were talking or should I say flirting with two young girls with no consideration for people that were waiting to be served. Left without getting waited on and had to eat somewhere else. Won't go there again.“

“The bagels are supreme. Dunks isn't even in the same league as Dew on bagels. The coffee and prices are about the same, but the food quality and variety of options is vastly superior to dunks. I'm not sure how Dunkin can legally call their product food. The Dew does it right.“

“I've only been to this place twice, but each time it's been very good. The workers are very nice and they have a lot of unique and delicious things. I've tried their cookies and cream iced coffee and the recent Thanksgiving sandwich (I cannon remember the name of it) recently and definitely enjoyed it! “I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the bacon was crisp, and there was plenty of it!! Wish I lived closer, I would drive thru all the time.I did not go in, and it is a Honey Dew inside a gas station, but DeeDee's service was so great, she earned the 5 stars for 'atmosphere'“

“I love being a regular here. The morning staff are the literal best. Brandy is a love who knows her regulars by their orders at a drive thru with no camera. They literally brighten my day with the calls of “good morning, love!”
They are efficient and the food is always good (waffle breakfast sandwich no syrup is the bomb). Coffee is also phenomenal, made with the older style drip coffee pots and man, it NEVER misses.

“I used to live right down the street in walking distance of this convenience store with Honey Dew inside. I now live about an hour away,but still stop in when visiting Worcester. Always a pleasure to see the friendly staff here! They are very fast paced & efficient, always courteous, accurate with orders & welcoming. The lines go fast, because they are wonderful at keeping up with customers. I have never had any issues here before. Coffee is always fresh, made how you like it. Many flavors. Also great cappuccino & bakery items such as muffins, donuts, coffee rolls, dew drops & more! Breakfast sandwiches available also. There is also public restrooms inside of Honey Farms (the convenience store that Honey Dew is located inside). You just need to ask Honey Farms staff to use the key first, because they stay locked. Would recommend!“

“I have been to many many many Dunkin’s throughout my life. And this one hands down has the fastest smoothest service ever. It’s so fast that no matter the rush hour I have to make sure I’m ready because I’m not trying to mess up their flow lol I love it here. It’s my FIRST go to Dunkin’s in my way to work. They have never messed up my order which is so rare. Management is everything. The lady who takes the drive through orders is so respectful and kind and I’m pretty sure it’s her that makes sure everything is running smooth. Thank you for making my mornings so much easier.“

“do I recommend dunkin...the answer is yes and no... I go every week to the Leicester one in the center on my way to work. every time we get munchkins which isn't often, but they are not "done" they are to sticky to touch, even the donuts if the frosting is sticking to the bash the kids are sad they list the frosting. the muffins usually have sugar on the top, NOT a fan of that! but sometime it's a Erin for me bc they forgot to put that on. the snacking bacon... amazing when done right! I've had a couple times when it's crispy perfect! last FOUR times so fatty you can't even eat it! I was hoping for a message me button so this was not public, but couldn't find one. im NOT one to complain but this has happened more than I think it should.“

“This Dunkin Donuts. It's pretty good. The only thing I do not like is the watery coffee but everything else it's amazing, especially one worker. He is amazing. His attitude seemed almost infectious so you went away with almost the same feelings. Your order was done right and you were on your way.“

“Usually nice and clean with large single person public bathrooms, handicap accessible size. The staff have been helpful. My main issue with this store is its location at a major intersection, Rt 56 and Rt 122a, that hasn't had good traffic controls and their parking lot setup.“
