“I would just like to say a a major hats off to the staff of this dunkin’s! My husband and I were in the lobby ordering as a man and his wife I assume drove up to the window and the employee kindly let them know she was unable to see them and that next time to please wait by the speaker to order. Me and my husband saw the car pull up to the drive through (so they weren’t waiting long before pulling to the window) we then saw the employee talking to them asking what they wanted to order the woman immediately sparks off into a misplaced attitude and then continues to call this employee vulgar language repeatedly before driving away i’m just absolutely ashamed that some woman do not know how to behave I was shocked to see the employee handle it so well and professional if I had been in her shoes I would have lost my marbles!! I truly pity the poor man she has trapped in her clutches (01-29-26 at 8:15pm)“

“I have been a frequent visitor to my local gourmet in Hudson. Ever since my first visit I have been hooked. Their flavored iced coffee is the best I have ever had. The staff are always super helpful and pleasant. I even have out of town family members eager to visit when they come to town.“

“I've always wanted to try this place. But walking in it seems like they are less customer service oriented. They really want to sell you the product but they don't want you in there. And I wish they had sausage patties instead of cutting sausage links but that's just my preference. Go for the food not the Aesthetics.“

“Great little hole in the wall. Grab and go kinda spot, dont expect to sit down for full service or anything. Breakfast sandwich cant go wrong, also honey buns + donuts are on point! If you get a muffin ask for it grilled! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥(Also FYI to anybody giving a low rating cause its cash only, whatre you 12? How do you as an adult not always have a little cash on hand? “I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the bacon was crisp, and there was plenty of it!! Wish I lived closer, I would drive thru all the time.I did not go in, and it is a Honey Dew inside a gas station, but DeeDee's service was so great, she earned the 5 stars for 'atmosphere'“

“I love being a regular here. The morning staff are the literal best. Brandy is a love who knows her regulars by their orders at a drive thru with no camera. They literally brighten my day with the calls of “good morning, love!”
They are efficient and the food is always good (waffle breakfast sandwich no syrup is the bomb). Coffee is also phenomenal, made with the older style drip coffee pots and man, it NEVER misses.

“The staff working the drive-through should be paid better money because they're so friendly and put up with a lot. If your a bagel you can't mess that up. When they try to sell actual food, sandwiches. They are not built for that type of handling. So, it can be horrible. Keep it Donuts and coffee ☕️“

“I've been a customer for years & am honestly surprised at some of these negative reviews. Honeydew is great & many staff have been there for a long time. I only have one complaint that happened recently (Fall '26) So I went in & ordered one of their mocha coffee drinks, which was supposed to only cost $2 if it was after 2pm (it was) & so when the employee was preparing to ring up my order, I was very surprised when she told me that in order to get the sale price of the coffee, I would first have to purchase another item off of their menu. She did not specify which item, just that it had to be something in order to get the deal offered. It did not say that anywhere on the sign which was right above the counter. I didn't want to argue or hold up the line, so I just agreed & added a muffin to my order. I should not have been made to add anything because the sign did not mention that at all. Again, the only requirement was that it had to be after 2pm to get it for $2 but it was! If I had more time that afternoon, I would have asked that she show me where it said I had to make an additional purchase because I really feel that was not the case or fair of her to do to a loyal customer...especially one like me who has been going to your business since around 2010 when I used to live on Highland Street! I love Honeydew but that was wrong of her to do. I still left a good review & plan to return, but if a situation similar arises again, I will either demand to see it in writing or ask for a manager if one is available. Otherwise I've always had positive vibes from this place & usually fast, friendly service. Their coffee flavors are great & I love their pastries too! A few recommendations for sweets would be to either try one of their Oreo beverages or a butter rum muffin. The Oreo drink is delicious, like a shake almost or slushy type of beverage. The base tastes similar to a vanilla bean coolatta from Dunkin' but with Oreo bits. So if you like those, you'll probably love this! Their sandwiches look delicious too, but don't think I've tried them yet because I mostly order beverages or pastries. They also sell muffin tops, so those are very good as well & my favorite is the mocha.“

“The nicest Honey Dew I’ve been to. The staff is very kind and helpful. Their service is quick! They’re very attentive. The food is hot and fresh. And not to mention it is super clean! If you want to be greeted by a smiling face when you’re getting your morning coffee, stop by this Honey Dew. I was also ordering from the DoorDash app, and picking up. And the staff was SO kind to tell me door dash was charging me almost $5 more just to use the app, and to download the Honey Dew app and I will pay regular price with the same benefits. Extremely kind of them to take the extra minute to explain that to me. I only leave good reviews when I had an excellent experience somewhere :)“

Other reviewers have noted the frightening level of efficiency here and it is very true. You'll get your order rapidly even if the place is very crowded. At WPI classes end at 10 minutes before the hour, so the best practice is to visit the place in the bottom half of the hour.“

“I have been to many many many Dunkin’s throughout my life. And this one hands down has the fastest smoothest service ever. It’s so fast that no matter the rush hour I have to make sure I’m ready because I’m not trying to mess up their flow lol I love it here. It’s my FIRST go to Dunkin’s in my way to work. They have never messed up my order which is so rare. Management is everything. The lady who takes the drive through orders is so respectful and kind and I’m pretty sure it’s her that makes sure everything is running smooth. Thank you for making my mornings so much easier.“

“Went thru the Oxford DD on Sutton Ave as i frequently do. On 5/20/2024, I noticed very polarizing political stickers on the drive thru window. DD needs to take these off, or they may get "Bud Lighted" No stickers should be on their building on any kind, especially divisive political ones.“

“This Dunks is located in the xtra mart on 146 northbound. The staff are nice, and service is fast. Dunkins is one of the more consistent chains with the only exceptions being poor staff at some locations. Gold selection in the xtra mart, and nice clean bathrooms.“
