“This is the best donut shop in the world (don't ask how I know that) the Donuts were freshly made and absolutely divine. I highly, highly recommend moving your home to within a stone throw away from this place like I did . It's that good...“

“I would just like to say a a major hats off to the staff of this dunkin’s! My husband and I were in the lobby ordering as a man and his wife I assume drove up to the window and the employee kindly let them know she was unable to see them and that next time to please wait by the speaker to order. Me and my husband saw the car pull up to the drive through (so they weren’t waiting long before pulling to the window) we then saw the employee talking to them asking what they wanted to order the woman immediately sparks off into a misplaced attitude and then continues to call this employee vulgar language repeatedly before driving away i’m just absolutely ashamed that some woman do not know how to behave I was shocked to see the employee handle it so well and professional if I had been in her shoes I would have lost my marbles!! I truly pity the poor man she has trapped in her clutches (01-29-26 at 8:15pm)“

“I don't normally do reviews, but DeeDee's service was so exceptionally warm, friendly, and 'Perfect' that I just had to. I went through the drive thru and I had to wait a little longer, but she came to the window and let me know that the Bold coffee was just finishing brewing (anyone who complains about a little wait for fresh coffee is someone I will never understand, lol). I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the bacon was crisp, and there was plenty of it!! Wish I lived closer, I would drive thru all the time.I did not go in, and it is a Honey Dew inside a gas station, but DeeDee's service was so great, she earned the 5 stars for 'atmosphere'“

“Mochi donuts with Vietnamese coffee (hot or cold brew) are a heavenly treat, and this is probably the best place in Worcester to get them. Also available: range of tea and coffee beverages and ice cream. The shop really isn’t a place to hang out; so take-out is in my opinion the way to go.“

“I love being a regular here. The morning staff are the literal best. Brandy is a love who knows her regulars by their orders at a drive thru with no camera. They literally brighten my day with the calls of “good morning, love!”
They are efficient and the food is always good (waffle breakfast sandwich no syrup is the bomb). Coffee is also phenomenal, made with the older style drip coffee pots and man, it NEVER misses.

“I used to live right down the street in walking distance of this convenience store with Honey Dew inside. I now live about an hour away,but still stop in when visiting Worcester. Always a pleasure to see the friendly staff here! They are very fast paced & efficient, always courteous, accurate with orders & welcoming. The lines go fast, because they are wonderful at keeping up with customers. I have never had any issues here before. Coffee is always fresh, made how you like it. Many flavors. Also great cappuccino & bakery items such as muffins, donuts, coffee rolls, dew drops & more! Breakfast sandwiches available also. There is also public restrooms inside of Honey Farms (the convenience store that Honey Dew is located inside). You just need to ask Honey Farms staff to use the key first, because they stay locked. Would recommend!“

“Solid place! Well worth the stop and a sizable improvement over large chain coffee stores for both food and drip coffee. I got a jalapeno bagel and could taste a pleasant amount of heat. Expanding to espresso options would be one way to improve on a good thing“

“I have been to many many many Dunkin’s throughout my life. And this one hands down has the fastest smoothest service ever. It’s so fast that no matter the rush hour I have to make sure I’m ready because I’m not trying to mess up their flow lol I love it here. It’s my FIRST go to Dunkin’s in my way to work. They have never messed up my order which is so rare. Management is everything. The lady who takes the drive through orders is so respectful and kind and I’m pretty sure it’s her that makes sure everything is running smooth. Thank you for making my mornings so much easier.“

“Had probably the best iced Americano I've ever had (from a Dunks, not in my life, obvs) which is noteworthy. They were pretty quick, too. It may be the first time this year that the beans didn't have that burnt Dunks flavor, and there was none of that weird sour water flavor that comes from dirty equipment, so I may get just an iced coffee there next time. Typically, I can't drink dunks ice coffee bc it's just not good, but this place gives me hope.“

“This Dunks is located in the xtra mart on 146 northbound. The staff are nice, and service is fast. Dunkins is one of the more consistent chains with the only exceptions being poor staff at some locations. Gold selection in the xtra mart, and nice clean bathrooms.“

“This is truly the best Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. The staff here are always kind and patient. When I order in the drive through, I am in and out of line in under 3 minutes no matter what. To top it all off, they’ve never gotten my order wrong! Highly recommend :)“

“This dunkin donuts is clean on the inside and their afternoon shift workers are a beautiful group of young adults who are cheery, patient and have great customer service skills. A couple of young kids were taking a while to order in front of me and they were incredibly patient with them and showed them great kindness. These employees chatted with me while I waited for my food. We had good conversation about music, concerts and munchkins. It was a great experience and the food was hot and fresh. If I lived closer I would make this my daily dunkin!“
