“Wow what a lovely experience I had at this Dunks. I was traveling all morning from NYC to my hometown so I stopped off to get a wake-up wrap and coffee. The wake-up wrap was made perfectly! Usually, it's as if the maker tossed the fillings from across the room, but at this Dunks they were all laid with care. The coffee was also made very well and had the perfect ratio of swirl to coffee!Thank you to the lovely, young boys that were working. They made my day :)“

“I think I finally found a local business I can support instead of going to Starbucks! The iced lattes here are delicious and the baked goods are FRESH. My friend said her nitro brew was on point. We’re both lactose intolerant and were glad they had all the alternative milk options. The cappuccino are true cappuccino (not lattes being mislabeled as cappuccinos).My neighbor and I enjoy meeting here to practice each other’s first language (she’s learning English; I’m learning Portuguese). There’s Wifi for when we need Google Translate and it’s quiet enough to hear each other (but loud enough that we aren’t uncomfortable chatting the entire time). Casual and friendly environment.For parents/guardians of littles, there’s 1 couch with children’s toys/coloring in a nearby cubby.For social media influencers, there’s a decorative wall for you to take your selfies in front of. And the drinks have a cute logo/sticker.Random: I also love the stickers they have for sale at the counter.I hope this place sticks around!“

“Suzette offers excellent, fresh, and authentic French crepes and macarons at very affordable prices. The staff is friendly and offers amazing service. I have been many times, and have recently ordered macarons for an event. Over the many instances my friends, family and I have eaten there, I have had nothing short of a flawless experience. “One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time in the area! We checked out Wild Hare and were immediately impressed with the atmosphere and ambiance. The food was top notch, made from scratch, and so well thought out. We were too excited that we forgot to take pictures! “Cha Cha N Beans is a gem in the suburbs. I'm so thankful that this place popped up. Not only are the teas incredibly tasty (gotta love the brown sugar milk tea and the strawberry tea), the prices are the best I've seen. I've been to many boba shops and no one compares to Cha Cha! “I learned about this place through my tattoo artist, Maks. I FINALLY stopped in and I am glad I did. This place is calming and my kind of style. The blueberry muffins were so moist and filling. I tried the iced honey latte and that was a treat as well. I plan to come back to try their other latte flavors and check out their bar with vendors. Great community collaborative. I appreciated the patience and kindness of the staff on my Saturday morning - they explained everything well and how stuff works there.“

“We came in earlier this morning during the first snow storm of the winter season. We were the only customers and the employee was eager to help us. I can't recall his name but he was a British/European/Foreign guy, so management you'll probably be able to know who I'm talking about!He was very patient when answering my many questions about the different coffee options as I have never tried coffee before. He was very kind and polite overall and I would give him 10 stars for service! I recently went somewhere else to try coffee for the first time and they acted like I was stupid for not knowing what a mocha was. I suggest the management let him know he's doing a good job!The atmosphere was also very nice. I love that the old interior was kept, showing off the history and heritage of Worcester.The food was very good, the prices not so much. However, as someone who has left establishments because I don't like the prices, I will say paying a little more is worth the experience. I will definitely be back again sometime!“

“We went here for a date night last night and it is such a cute place! the staff was wonderful with a really fun atmosphere. the dessert and drinks were SOOO good! this is great for a romantic date night or a girl's night out. we will absolutely be back! the tiramisu cheesecake was to die for.“

“Incredibly delicious ice cream! Our favorite spot around! They always have a great selection and occasionally roll out new flavors. The employees are always super kind and patient, and will let you try a flavor if you’re unsure or haven’t had it before.They sell other drink and food items, which I have yet to try!Outdoor and indoor seating available.Dietary restrictions: Their flavor board clearly marks which ones are dairy free, contains nuts, alcohol, etc.“

“I have always loved drinking tea. Tea 4 USA has added a great value , with a diverse range of flavors that has given me a unique experience. From the vibrant packaging to tasting ; these flavors offer a rich and aromatic experience. Each time a new product comes I make sure to try it out. I love the taste of black current tea. Black current tea has a delightful flavor . It is a rich tea with antioxidants and vitamin C . I have enjoyed black curernt tea with desserts and pastries. Lavender tea was amazing . “Super cute and the service is great! The pastries looking amazing I just wish I didn't order what I ordered. I got the strawberries and Nutella crepe. For $10 for 1 crepe I was really surprised that fresh strawberries weren't used. That unfortunately ruined it for me. They were just large frozen to now thawed strawberries. I will definitely come back again to try more things because it looked amazing. I just wouldn't recommend that specific crepe!“

“Not the biggest fan of all of their donuts, but their Oreo donut is ??. Most of their flavored coffees are also fire. Service is always amazing. Some of the best bagels and bagel sandwiches I've ever had. “I highly recommend In House Coffee. This place offers a wide variety of different coffees and drinks. Their pastries are also fresh and delicious! The owners are very kind and friendly and they make me feel right at home. I just started coming to this coffee shop about a month and a half ago and have found it to be a great place to just unwind and relax. I'm a writer who enjoys writing poems and the atmosphere here provides a means for me to focus and concentrate on my writings. I actually was able to write an entire poem here while enjoying a coffee mocha. It's a warm and inviting place to go.“

“Love the aesthetics of this cafe. Reminds me of LA. Easy parking and lots of seating inside. DOG FRIENDLY I haven’t tried a smoothie or a bowl yet, but the bagel was fresh and I have gotten their lattes and macchiatos several times. The cookie butter flavor is the best! “I have never loved a coffee shop so much. From the different coffee varieties, the delicious specialty donuts, the café, and most of all the amazing ladies I love them all so much!! Me and my baby start every day off with a little car ride to Robust and their coffee and smiles start my day off just right every time. We bring our cat through the drive-through and he's like a regular now because he loves it so much too! Highly recommend 10/10“

“I’m always here. The chocolate chip muffins are so good, and same with the breakfast sandwiches that my boyfriend orders. The smoothies are amazing, the rushes are to die for!! My favorite drink is the iced chai latte, and I order it with an oat milk substitute. When I’m in the mood for an energy drink, I usually pick a random rush from the secret menu. There are so many options and so far, they’re all good. The most recent one I’ve tried is the Peppa Pig one, which has hints of strawberry, amaretto, watermelon and coconut. I recommend that one, as well as the Malibu Barbie, Ninja Turtle, or 50 Shades.The staff that work here are amazing and very friendly as well as knowledgeable with the menu.PSA - the whipped cream has no reason being that good!!!“

“This little coffee shop is like a taste of California when I visit Northborough. I live in the Bay Area now, and when I visit family in Massachusetts, this is like a fun little oasis of vegan treats, delicious smoothies, excellent coffees, and friendly vibes. There's usually plenty of seating, the servers are always really sweet and kind, and everything I've gotten from there has been tasty.“

“This is a great little spot in Downtown Worcester which is one of the few restaurants that is open 7 days a week for dinner. I've eaten here several times and it is a few blocks from the AC Hotel. I've tried a variety of things and they have all been excellent: miso soup, a variety of sushi, tempura, house salad with ginger dressing. Items that didn't quite meet my expectations were the Avocado Salad, where everything was chopped and lumped together. The Spicy Ramen with chicken was OK, but not the best that I have had. They now have a limited bar, of just beer and wine. Note that the food comes out very fast. If you want several courses, they tend to bring everything close together. I suggest ordering the first course, then adding more on once you finish“

“Food here is consistently yummy..the hogan coffee is the best i have had out in a long time! Not sure if Hogan coffee sells only to retail establishments only. The soups are great and they change the soups often with multiple choices. Lunch sandwiches are always good and it includes wraps too. Menu is varied and has a good selections. “We have loved all of their pastry items for years and it's our go-to destination for special occasion cakes! Always moist and flavorful. If you're a Chocoholic their cakes and cupcakes are heaven but we discovered their lemon cake/cupcakes too and they're scrumptious!!“

“I enjoy their lattes; they offer a wide variety, and the baristas are always friendly and accommodating. However, I'm not particularly fond of their coffee beans. While they come in many flavors, I find their non-flavored beans to be rather average. My advice would be to skip purchasing coffee beans here if you are not a fan of flavored beans , but definitely give their lattes a try.“

“I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, Coconut donut filled with a vanilla creme & cinnamon roll, through the drive thru service. The gentleman who took my order was very kind. The food came out in about 5 minutes and I was instantly hit with an amazing smell from the bagel. The bagel sandwich was very big and hot. It tasted delicious and I would easily go back to get another one. The coconut donut was big and very yummy as well, tiny bit dry. The cinnamon roll was very big, but had a chocolate frosting which I was not expecting. Was not a fan of the cinnamon roll. The exterior drive thru area is very outdated and has no menu. They also only accept cash!“

“Honeydew across-the-board is pretty consistent no matter what location you go to but I specifically come to this one because of the gentleman that works there he's so sweet and so kind and always has a smile on his face and remembers the people that come consistently. They are about to other honeydews that are much easier for me to get to you on my commute to and from work but I go out of my way every time just to go to Grafton Street because of him.“

“It's a little dessert haven. I walked in on a Friday afternoon just after 4PM. The clean white walls and the smell of fresh coffee still lingered. At the entrance and around the corner from the counter, there's a hidden seating area with tables lined up. Behind the glass, they have different croissants, crumbs and cupcakes. I got the cannoli cupcake and a raspberry crumb to go. The server at the register was so helpful and patient as I made my selection. The ingredients in both desserts were fresh, especially the cream on the cupcake and the raspberry in the crumb. They weren't too sweet either! The only downside was that although they were considerably sized, most options were made from plain vanilla and chocolate as the base with the regular dessert toppings so there wasn't much of a difference in the flavor options. Also the cupcake was slightly overpriced at around $6, considering it was more cream than cake. Nonetheless, I'll definitely visit again and hopefully try the award winning coffee!“

“My husband and I went to the Burlington location today for the first time. The man who helped us was so nice and friendly and made our day. We thought he was the manager but come to find out it was his first day on the job. He was so sweet and nice and made our whole experience!“

I went in just to get a shot of espresso to add to a Caramel macchiato I had ordered at a different Starbucks (which tasted like caramel milk). They insisted on fixing for me at no charge. It hasn't always been perfect but the store manager, Joel, is always aware of any shortcomings and is successful making whatever changes or training is needed to make the necessary improvements.There are plenty of other Starbucks stores I try to avoid going to.
