“We visited this great location during a “road trip” from Florida. We were greeted by Travis who was very welcoming and took the time to answer my questions about a couple of items on their menu without making me feel rushed. Since we couldn’t decide, we tried many items including their Oatmeal (the best we’ve had during our travels), Quiche (excellent), Avocado Toast (superior flavor), Summer Toast (great mixture of flavors with great blueberries), Chai Tea (just right), Peach Lemonade (very refreshing) and great coffee. Bolton Bean will be our “must go” place when in the area in the future.“

“In from out of town and what a great spot! Food was delicious and hot. The western omelette is a no lose choice! Amazingly seasoned home fries and a side of grilled English was spot on!

Coffee was hot and fresh and the OJ has a nice tang. I'm pretty sure the pancakes were home made (I didn't ask) but the flavor and cook on them was out of this world.

Great spot to eat and extremely friendly/helpful staff.

Every time without fail they hand my drink to me at the perfect temperature, hot enough to last my commute but not too hot that it'll burn my mouth. “I have been coming to this Dunkin' since Covid and I can honestly say it's the best one around. Every single worker who has been here over the years has been super friendly and amazing. We have even become friends over the years! They know my order before I even say it and they make my coffee correctly EVERY time. The staff is 10/10!

I would also like to point out that on weekends, a lot of customers get frustrated with the worker, but it's not the worker's fault that there's only one person working at that time. They are doing their best to get everyone taken care of, especially when they have mobile orders coming through AND a line inside with people ordering food and drinks. That's a lot for one person to handle.

So I would love for people to keep in mind that you shouldn't get frustrated with the person working at this Dunkin' - or any Dunkin' - when they are by themselves. It's a hard job to do alone. Just put yourself in their shoes. If you don't want to stand in line and wait, you can always walk out and go to a different Dunkin'. Just remember, it's not a big Dunkin', it's a gas station Dunkin', especially on the weekends when there is only one worker.

“What a fun place! Their strawberry smoothies are too good & the taiyaki were delicious. One of these days I'll get a poke bowl but the combinations are so difficult to choose from, everything looks fresh & tasty.
I hope the place has a long stay in Ayer.“

“The two women who were working there this morning were very nice. I went in just to get a shot of espresso to add to a Caramel macchiato I had ordered at a different Starbucks (which tasted like caramel milk). They insisted on fixing for me at no charge. They would not accept a tip either - and simply asked me to “pay it forward“. Thank you for the great service!“

I went through the drive-thru, got home, went to place my coffee on the coffee table and it slipped out of my hand. So after clean-up, I went right back out to Dunks.

I pulled up to the window, the woman recognized me and I told her what happened. She gave me coffee #2 on the house!! It was so appreciated!“

I hadn't been at the drive thru in a while but she immediately remembered me, saying "No decaf today?" But…. 2)Every time I go I order the same thing, a medium cold brew and a sausage and cheese on an English muffin, nothing else, and it’s a different price every single time. Yesterday I paid $7, today I paid $9.23. The first time I went I paid $4.52. I’ve also paid $8.73, for the exact same order.“
