“I went in for lunch and had the BLT. Extremely tasty! Also paired it with a London Fog tea (don’t judge me) which was also great. I’ve been here a few times even though this is my first review but how can you not like this place?! Very chill friendly vibe with a little for everyone in here. Musical, literature, vinyl, and of course a plethora of business cards from various local talents. The workers and even the customers all make you feel wanted in here. If you get a chance definitely check this place out!!! 😎🤘“

“We visited this great location during a “road trip” from Florida. We were greeted by Travis who was very welcoming and took the time to answer my questions about a couple of items on their menu without making me feel rushed. Since we couldn’t decide, we tried many items including their Oatmeal (the best we’ve had during our travels), Quiche (excellent), Avocado Toast (superior flavor), Summer Toast (great mixture of flavors with great blueberries), Chai Tea (just right), Peach Lemonade (very refreshing) and great coffee. Bolton Bean will be our “must go” place when in the area in the future.“

Prices are a little high and there’s no bathroom that I saw ( maybe have to go outside after asking for a key, I don’t know) but what fun we had! I hadn't been at the drive thru in a while but she immediately remembered me, saying "No decaf today?" I normally get a decaf but today was buying for another family member who takes regular, not decaf. I was shocked that she remembered that detail! And she is always so pleasant!!! Keep people like her on board...she is great for business!!!“

“The coolest Dunkin' I've even been to hands down, but the service was not the best, though. There were only two employees working there, and the one behind the counter misheard my very clear order. When they put out my order, I told them that it was supposed to be something else, and they happily remade it and were really apologetic about it. The swing outside is a cool touch, and all the cool signs inside are a nice touch, too. It is weird that there is no drive-thru, though.“

I went in just to get a shot of espresso to add to a Caramel macchiato I had ordered at a different Starbucks (which tasted like caramel milk). They insisted on fixing for me at no charge. They would not accept a tip either - and simply asked me to “pay it forward“. Thank you for the great service!“

“I just wanted to thank the two young women working at Dunkin’ this morning on Wednesday, May 6th around 8:30 AM. I had stopped in asking about the Nurses Week free coffee promotion. Both employees were smiling, pleasant, and so kind during the interaction. Earlier, I had a very uncomfortable experience at another Dunkin’ location where the employees seemed disgruntled and reacted in a way that felt embarrassing and dismissive when someone asked the same question. So walking into your store and being treated with kindness and professionalism really meant a lot to me.

“Its a very convenient stop at Big Apple to grab a coffee. The employee at the Dunkins counter who works many afternoons, Immanuel, has been offering excellent customer service. He is always pleasant & thorough, gets the orders correct every time. Great on the register. Even when busy, he makes sure to update & take care of everyone waiting.
