“The staff here at Robust are always so sweet, and they do an incredible job making my latte every morning. Every time without fail they hand my drink to me at the perfect temperature, hot enough to last my commute but not too hot that it'll burn my mouth. I'm totally hooked on the biscoff cookie butter latte. Their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are also fantastic.“

“I had such a great experience at this Starbucks location. I had accidentally placed a complicated drink order for pickup at a different store far away and showed up here by mistake. Instead of turning me away, the staff were incredibly friendly and understanding.

The manager went out of their way to accommodate me and personally made my drink while I waited in the lobby. It came out quickly and was made perfectly, exactly how I ordered it.

“The two women who were working there this morning were very nice. I went in just to get a shot of espresso to add to a Caramel macchiato I had ordered at a different Starbucks (which tasted like caramel milk). They insisted on fixing for me at no charge. They would not accept a tip either - and simply asked me to “pay it forward“. Thank you for the great service!“

“Not sure whats up with these negative reviews. I am a regular here at this dunkins. The staff are always nice and funny, there have been times where my drink is wrong, my food is burnt or the wait times are slow. All of these things typically happen when they are getting slammed with customers. I do not blame them, and everytime i return and request a remake, the staff do it with no questions asked and they never charge me. The food and coffee here is just like any other dunkins in the area, absolute 5 stars.“
