“Long line in drive thru so we said maybe it's not so bad inside walking in it smells like heaven and we had to stay at that point the part that was the best to see was the French Press being worked on. I have never actually seen one used.“

“I have never seen so many people work at a Dunkin' and be so slow at what they were doing in their jobs. I have seen dunkins with 3 employees bang out faster and better food . 9 people, and I waited 7 minutes for a sandwich. My regular dunks, 3 people, and 3 minutes.“

“I have not once ever received a bad drink from here. Every time I order its always made perfect. Everyone there is friendly and the food is always delicious too! I use the app and my order is always ready when I get there. The app makes it very easy to customize your order exactly how you like it and there's a large selection of drinks that you customize however you like and after so many points from adding money and buying stuff you get to cash points in for a free drink or food.

Parking: There's plenty of parking places and even if it ends up where you can't find a spot it doesn't last long because they get peoples orders out quickly so a spot always opens up“

“My wife and I took our 3 year old daughter to check out this new coffee shop after it came up in a Google search. Let me say I had not met the couple that owns the shop before today, and yet I have never felt so invested in wanting to see a new shop succeed as much as I did this one! The owners are a lovely young couple, extremely friendly, and accommodating. They love what they do and it shows in the quality of the food. I ordered the Pi (egg sandwich) and a cold brew coffee. Both were excellent. They roast their own coffee beans and it had just the right amount of roasted coffee flavor. There were a dozen other things I wanted to try, including the creme brulee cheescake, the baklava cheese cake, and the Greek pies. My wife got a hot coffee with almond milk, mocha and peppermint. I like my coffee creamy, and this was the first coffee with almond milk that tasted good to me. I have found my new favorite coffee shop in the area. Whatever you're doing, drop it and visit Coffee & Pi now!“

As a regular there, I can say those who work there are awesome. The only downside I will say is, it can get really busy there. Which, should just go to show how much people love going there. When it does get busy the parking lot and drive thru can be pretty difficult to get into.“

“Fuel impressed me. I am a coffee snob and I don’t usually expect a lot from shops that seem to have a big budget and a commercial vibe. The cons- not really a specialty coffee shop with single origin coffees or third wave roasters.
The pros- great industrial aesthetic vibe and a good place to hangout, have a good convo with a friend or plug in and work. Decent espresso based coffees. They did a great flat white for me and a lot of places can’t master a flat white with good microfoam. It was silky and well balanced.
Overall a solid coffee shop. Would come again if in the area.“

“Went here knowing about the other somewhat negative reviews cautiously, not knowing what to fully expect and slightly worried. Parking lot was crowded, some spots aren't available due to another business having special parking. Arrived at 2pm on a Friday, place wasn't packed at all. Some available seating both inside and outside. Cute interior decor. Service was nice and brief. Got an iced tiramisu latte and it came out fast. It was a good experience!“

“I roll out of bed every morning and into the Brew on the Grid. I've been coming here longer than some of the baristas have been working here. They have great food, immaculate vibes, and most importantly, amazing coffee. They play great music and the baristas are very friendly. Great place to get some work done or read. “It’s a roastery so no wonder why the coffee tastes so good here. I had an oat vanilla latte an it made my day. The taste of the coffee is the strongest and then vanilla and oat milk hits later. The only thing I didn’t like it their plastic cups. They should have their brand’s name on the cups and have better straws (maybe paper straws to help the environment). And tables were not clean but there were only two girls working and the line of customers was long so it’s understandable.“

“This location seems better managed, more efficient and friendlier than the other Starbucks on Park Ave, in Worcester. I have only had a problem once with wait time here; for some reason, the place was packed that time. The only other problem I had was about a week ago on Sunday the place was closed, but they didn't put a sign at the drive through ordering speaker. After getting no response and driving off, I did see a sign at the pick-up window, but people in the drive through line had no way of knowing the place was closed. But this location will get all of my business in Worcester from now on. I refuse to go to Park Ave. anymore.“

“Found them through sowa market, loved their donuts. Decided to do the take out for team event. It is a bit drive, but I had the donuts in mind since the market and their donuts are worth it. Team loved it too, different from what we are used to eating and the donut options are amazing. Will be ordering again for special team events or occasion.

Parking: lots of free parking lot available infront of the store. It is a plaza type location where there are multiple business.

Kid-friendliness: The have dine-in too. Went there in the morning and saw family with kids, adults, school kids. Looks like a popular breakfast place.“

“Bean Counter made us the most incredible cake. Not only was it the most beautiful wedding cake I've ever seen, it was also delicious. All our guests were raving about it, and what made it even more special was that it was gluten free. Everyone was amazed that a gluten free cake could be so good. They were also very communicative throughout the whole process and accommodated all our wants and needs. Definitely get your wedding cake here!“

Other reviewers have noted the frightening level of efficiency here and it is very true. You'll get your order rapidly even if the place is very crowded. At WPI classes end at 10 minutes before the hour, so the best practice is to visit the place in the bottom half of the hour.“

“I came in due to the mistake on a delivery order and was immediately met with a kind response. I was immediately told that it would be replaced. If you go to this dunkin, go in the evening the staff on this shift are extremely respectful. The morning shift can be a bit chaotic due to multiple staff speak very little English. It can get very busy due to multiple schools and hospitals being in the immediate area. But I would still recommend 10/10!“
