Starbucks Coffee Company is a popular spot for many customers, especially those looking for a reliable place to get drinks and spend some time. Many appreciate the convenience of this location, which has ample seating and offers a variety of cold drinks, especially enjoyable during the summer. Customers often find the drinks to be consistent in taste and correctly made, with baristas generally being friendly and accommodating, even during busy times.
However, the location faces some challenges. The cleanliness of the store, including the tables, floors, and especially the ladies' restroom, is frequently noted as problematic. Several reviews mention that the restroom is often dirty, with issues like unflushed toilets and urine on the floor, and staff are not always quick to clean it. The mess on tables and floors also detracts from the overall experience, and customers feel that staff could do more to maintain cleanliness.
Service speed can vary. Some customers experience slow service or long wait times, especially in the drive-thru, and have found staff to be less communicative than expected. Despite these issues, many still enjoy visiting for the drinks and the atmosphere, with some noting the interesting sight of a French Press being used for brewing coffee. Overall, while the drinks and friendly staff are appreciated, improvements in cleanliness and service speed could enhance the experience.
