As a regular there, I can say those who work there are awesome. The only downside I will say is, it can get really busy there. Which, should just go to show how much people love going there. When it does get busy the parking lot and drive thru can be pretty difficult to get into.“

“Went here knowing about the other somewhat negative reviews cautiously, not knowing what to fully expect and slightly worried. Parking lot was crowded, some spots aren't available due to another business having special parking. Arrived at 2pm on a Friday, place wasn't packed at all. Some available seating both inside and outside. Cute interior decor. Service was nice and brief. Got an iced tiramisu latte and it came out fast. It was a good experience!“

“Hadn't visited The Coffee Mug for some time until as of recent since I'm back working in the area, and been back multiple times. Everytime you walk in you have a warm welcome from the owner Effie. “do I recommend dunkin...the answer is yes and no... I go every week to the Leicester one in the center on my way to work. every time we get munchkins which isn't often, but they are not "done" they are to sticky to touch, even the donuts if the frosting is sticking to the bash the kids are sad they list the frosting. the muffins usually have sugar on the top, NOT a fan of that! but sometime it's a Erin for me bc they forgot to put that on. the snacking bacon... amazing when done right! I've had a couple times when it's crispy perfect! last FOUR times so fatty you can't even eat it! I was hoping for a message me button so this was not public, but couldn't find one. im NOT one to complain but this has happened more than I think it should.“

“It’s a roastery so no wonder why the coffee tastes so good here. I had an oat vanilla latte an it made my day. The taste of the coffee is the strongest and then vanilla and oat milk hits later. The only thing I didn’t like it their plastic cups. They should have their brand’s name on the cups and have better straws (maybe paper straws to help the environment). And tables were not clean but there were only two girls working and the line of customers was long so it’s understandable.“

“4 stars because sometimes my cup is full of ice with 5 sips and sometimes there is hardly any ice-Food is typically spot on! Donuts are fresh! Sandwiches are fresh! But again sometimes lots of chicken salad and sometimes not enough to call a sandwich.Service is always great as far as friendliness etc.“

“I love coming to this Dunkin. I just have a problem with one employee who's name is maria. She is very unpleasant. She asked my husband to tip her, then became upset when he said it's optional. Sense then he never went back. When I come through the drive through she sighs and says yup when I say my order. I have no problem with anyone else. Other employees are all pleasant and fast.“

They are about to other honeydews that are much easier for me to get to you on my commute to and from work but I go out of my way every time just to go to Grafton Street because of him.“

You know it really does make a huge difference when the person that's making your order and food is always positive or has a positive perspective on everything! We often go out of our way on the night she is working to go to this Duncan's en you need to vent for 30 seconds ?

Parking: It is in a great spot on the corner of Thompson and Lake Street and Webster but there really is only about three regular parking spots to the store with one handicap. Across the parking lot there's about three or four spots but who wants to walk across an entire parking lot? Definitely has to do with the store itself and nothing with Duncan's that's why they have a drive-thru ✌?“
