We had a massive snowstorm over the weekend that canceled my daughter’s sixth birthday party, and she woke up absolutely heartbroken. In a last-minute Hail Mary, I called The Rose Room Cafe to see if there was ANY chance a few kids could come in for cake, presents, and a little celebration to lift her spirits.
