The food is decent and the restaurant and restrooms are clean, but they are frequently shortstaffed so the service wait time tends to be more than you'd expect.
I went to the drive thru for a late night burger and there was one guy working, taking the order, I assume cooking, and he brought the food out to three waiting cars. What a champ! Three burger was nice and hot too. Just had to put a shout out to the hard working late night employee at Webster, MA McyDs!!
The people there, are absolutely wonderful. Super nice. BUT I hate to bring this to your attention but this is our 5th time in a row coming and receiving not fully cooked fries. Which is confusing when I have burnt looking fries next to flimsy uncooked fries. Everything else is good but I can tell the fry machine IS NOT being checked and maintained.
