From start to finish, Amy — the venue coordinator — was an absolute dream to work with. She was organized, reassuring, and genuinely cared about making everything perfect for us. She went above and beyond in every possible way. At one point, I was literally about to walk down the aisle without my bouquet, and Amy stopped me, sprinted back to my room, and got it for me — talk about a lifesaver! I handed her all of my décor the day before, and she set everything up more beautifully than I could have imagined. It felt like she pulled the vision right out of my head. The food was incredible — our guests are still talking about it. Between the amazing service, the historic charm of the venue, and Amy’s unmatched dedication, our day was everything we dreamed of and more. My Black & White Pizza was delicious and filling. I have been dining at the Black & White Grille for many, many years and have rarely been disappointed.”

“Just discovered this cute cafe last week & we've already been twice!! First, the place is huge in comparison to other breakfast places so even on a Saturday morning we were seated right away. Next, it's so clean & super cute inside. The food is AMAZING and super quick! Lastly, both waitresses we had were truly the best!! The breakfast crepes were INCREDIBLE.. please try them!! Definitely 10/10 ⭐️”

“Subway is an expensive place to eat regardless of location, that said this location is $1-3 cheaper per sandwich than the subways in the Leicester/Worcester Walmarts. The atmosphere is always warming, from personal experience having eaten here atleast 10 times, its acceptable food, again not healthy nor cheap but that is subway as a brand it is NOT specific to this location”

“I would give 0 stars if I could for service at this location now. For a mobile order, paid in advance by 10-15 minutes, why am I parking for my food?! Absolute incompetence and a fake apology.
I have things to do and places to be. The management must be different now. Don’t try the mobile app because if you prepare ahead and are too busy, they still make you wait.

Adding insult to the injury because they didn’t let it set from grease, now I have this (see photos). Completely stuck to the packaging.

They did replace 4 of the hash browns but who’s to say this won’t happen again. I am still in disbelief about ordering ahead and still made to park.”

Gigi was wonderful up front coordinating the order and pick up, even handling a small hiccup at the end. The food was not only delicious, but - no surprise for us Greeks - massive in quantity. Note to all. Even though everything was delicious, I have very specific shout outs: maybe the best tzatziki ever and the galactoboureko - omg. Such wonderful homages to yiayias and summer church picnics everywhere!”

“Last week I was a sore loser, but the second I stepped into the shop I was hit with a wave of euphoria. Just one bite of the Banh Mi Nguoi gave me a six pack, biceps on my biceps, and I can easily bench 315. Just one sip of the Lychee quickly hydrated me and I gained instant charisma. My whole life started to change after a whole Banh Mi. My ex called me and wanted to get back together. I drive a Supra on Sundays and numerous other sport cars that I own on other days. I'm now 6'5" and my DMs are filled with people wanting to get with me. This place is not just a Banh Mi Place, but a blessing from the Four Heavenly Kings and our human minds cannot understand the true divine blessing that is gifted towards us.”
