“If you go to any Dunkin’ often, you know what to expect.This location doesn’t hit the mark 100% of the time but I’ve stopped there a few dozen times over the last 3-4 months.Compared to the locations around me just outside of Boston, they’re far superior which is just shocking.Rarely do any of the other locations get a simple hot coffee order correct. This one in Sturbridge nails it almost every time.Also, to the people or person making their donuts, they look worlds better than any of the spots close to me.They’re larger, they have a healthy amount of chocolate or toppings and are better period. The greater Boston area should take notice, because a truck stop Dunkin’ in Sturbridge is outdoing you.“
“Used to be a well run shop but not anymore. Long wait time and several times no one will help you in the drive thru. The last few times, the staff have been pretty rude. Just went there and they are closed but no sign or anything. Seriously, how hard is it to put up a sign "closed"?!Update!Since the remodel this location is Awesome! Great service, super fast too! “4 stars because sometimes my cup is full of ice with 5 sips and sometimes there is hardly any ice-Food is typically spot on! Donuts are fresh! Sandwiches are fresh! But again sometimes lots of chicken salad and sometimes not enough to call a sandwich.Service is always great as far as friendliness etc.“

“Honestly one the best Dunkin's in the area. Always prompt in the morning with both drink and food. Orders are accurate and, even though they are fast at producing your order, it has never appeared hastily put together. The staff here is always pleasent.“

“Updated review as of 6/30/23I do not say this often, but goodness give all of those ladies a raise!!! I have stopped back twice in the last month, mostly out of convenience and both times the team has smiles and are happy to take your order. I come by with my two dogs and they are so nice and offered a pup cup. I am thankful for the turn around at our local Dunkin. It is so refreshing to see friendly faces! Fridays are usually my Monday...so THANK YOU! My coffee is ON POINT and the breakfast sandwich did not disappoint. Thank you again ladies, have a wonderful weekend!Original One star review from over a year ago:Moved here in January and made sure to visit this Dunks, the first two times were wonderful as Jordan and two of the girls truly have it together. But just about every other employee makes horrible drinks. I have ordered through the mobile app several times and each time the drink is wrong and has an incorrect label to prove it. I always get add ons like an extra shot as I like my coffee heavy with flavor and they are seldomly added. This review is only getting one star as I have to leave a star and Jordan is the only other reason. Save your money, brew at home or go 10 minutes out of your way to Dippin.“
