One of employees looked like he'd literally just climbed out of the dumpster. Had no dunkie gear on at all. I honestly thought he was some hobo that wandered behind the counter. Luckily he didn't touch my food, therefore I didn't need a tetanus shot, or Covid test. With the amount of surveillance at this location, I'm suprised they're allowed to operate like this.
Our initial experience at the American Joe's, licated on Newbeyy Street in Boston Mass was not pleasant. On the contrary, it was regrettably disturbing and unacceptable.We put our name on the list with an approximate 15 minute wait. As with standard restaurant poceeduree, we provided our contact information and settled in for the wait.Much to our surprise other patrons such as ourselves, without a reservation were seated before us. If you go to any Dunkin’ often, you know what to expect.This location doesn’t hit the mark 100% of the time but I’ve stopped there a few dozen times over the last 3-4 months.Compared to the locations around me just outside of Boston, they’re far superior which is just shocking.Rarely do any of the other locations get a simple hot coffee order correct.
