Refused service. Came in at about 3:15pm on Sunday. Young kid taking orders decided to take three cars in the drive thru and chat with a buddy of his in the drive thru line for 5 minutes without even acknowledging me after making eye contact with me when I first came in.I don't know if he's like someone's disabled son or something but please try to actually put staff on to take orders.I just walked away and grabbed something from the gas station.Edit: yeah looking at all the other...read full review

The staff is friendly but most of the time I find myself waiting in the Drive-Thru line a lot. Even when there are no customers ordering and I'm the only one in the Drive-Thru I am still sitting in my car 5 to 10 minutes for One singular drink. I shouldn't have to feel the need to put my car in park and shut off the engine just to wait. Seems to be this location Jude can’t get it right.. between management not training and a decent amount of employees who could care less this location just needs to be closed. You’ll have a line out the door but 3 workers stand outside smokin away… it’s terrible! WestBrookfield Dunkin’s may cost more but what they do in 5 minutes would take the warren location all week!
