Just go to the West Brookfield Dunkin, this one is terrible by comparison. I hate to say that, since there are a couple of nice people who do work at this one. This place is cleaner than it used to be, but order accuracy is a bit more 'hit or miss' than your usual Dunkin and somehow a single coffee takes a LONG time to make.

The current crew over the last month or two etc have been the best. No issues, always makes the coffee great. Huge improvement over the years.
