Service is hit or miss especially depending on the time of day, shortest wait time for order out of all the times I've been has been about 10 minutes. Only real reason I keep coming back is convenience, about a half mile from my house.
I just waited at the pickup area for over 15 minutes for my food. After seeing multiple people come in and get there food while I was still waiting I had to ask someone why my food wasn't coming out...I was told I have to tell someone when I'm there for a mobile order. First time I've heard of this nonsense but either way I wasn't asked by any staff while I was standing there for that time. Unimpressed
the man working made it easy to use a promotion I had and was very nice about it

Some feel the prices are high, with combo packs costing around 28 dollars without including drinks, which frustrates families trying to enjoy a meal. Overall, the location is praised for its good food and the kind manager who goes above and beyond to make the dining experience pleasant, even amid busy or difficult times.
