Most of the time I'm happy with the service here & they usually get my order right. Some sales associates are super friendly & go above + beyond to treat guests in a very courteous + respectful manner. Others are just "decent", but don't think I've ever had any negative experiences here with staff being rude or anything. I would like it if more employees could give you your total @ the drive thru speaker, prior to pulling up to the window, so that you can have your money ready...read full review

They’re never too slow at the window no matter how many cars are lined up. Just amazing and unbelievable service. Oh and I’ve never had to return an item wrongly made other than extra cinnamon or caramel drizzle. Simple things.
