A fantastic dining experience, loved the presentation and thoughtfulness

Vegetarian options: There are some options in each category but if you're strict about things it's a little challenging. Nevertheless, the food was great

Very well done. We enjoyed the 4 course tasting menu. Service was excellent and the food was prepared thoughtfully. Sometimes with a tasting menu a dish will not resonate with you but this was not the case with Cuvée. We really liked each course.

My flight was cancelled and I had a reservation here later that night. I called Cuvée immediately and they rigidly told me I would be charged $330.00 no show regardless. I told them I could send them the email from the airline proving the cancellation. They said it doesn’t matter. I was coming in town for my son’s engagement the next day (Friday). I was staying at the Inn…. For every reason they should have been kind and understanding and they were not. Horrible, inhumane service.

A truly extraordinary experience! Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was perfect. Luz was our server and she was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly and personable. Our reservation included a 4 course dinner, but we actually received two extra complimentary courses, champagne, cookies and brownies to take home! An anniversary dinner we will never forget. We can’t wait to come back!

Recommended by a Bostonian for view and food. One block behind is the parking lot for self or valet parking. Short walk to rear entrance of hotel and restaurant. The view and veranda did not disappoint. Ate inside due to rainy conditions. Presentation and Ambience of entire facility was top notch. Food choices were fish and chips on slaw and sprouts and Sesame Tuna, Sprouts, Fries.
Sufficient Sprouts for each bite of Tuna. Fries were the best ever eaten as I prefer a thinner, crispier, not overly crispy taste. Staff throughout establishment very attentive and informative.

Parking: Behind restaurant. Self or valet. Short walk to inn and restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: Level access on entry and restaurant.

Very special place. We did the four course with wine pairing. The staff is very attentive. The food beautiful.

The food was absolutely amazing. But the truly exceptional part of the entire experience was Rafael our waiter. He was extremely knowledgeable about the dishes. We were very impressed with everything. Highly recommended!

OUTSTANDING! Michelin star quality. The waygu beef and octopus were the two best dishes I've ever had. A must go!

My wife and I have been here both on and off season on Cape Cod. The food and service are the best on the Cape. Chef Isaac worked around our food preferences in a 7 course tasting meal. Raphael, the sommelier, comes up with great wine picks to pair with your menu even if you chose not to go with the official wine pairing offered. We will be back this summer and looking forward to it!!!

This continues to be one of our favorite restaurants on the Cape. Pricey, so we only come two to four times a year....but we always leave delighted, and wondering why we don't come more often.

This is a journey that will alight all your senses. What Issac Olivo has created rises to the caliber of a Michelin Star for excellence. Truly remarkable.

Was completely blown away on all levels, service, ambiance, wine - champagne/wine list and most of all, the chef's four course meal. I've enjoyed meals, worldwide, from local cuisine to very high end. This might have been my personal best, again on all levels. Equally enjoyable, the atmosphere was extremely relaxing. Strongly encourage all to try Cuvée at least once and especially off season as extremely difficult to score a reservation in season.
