The most enjoyable evening and meal I’ve had in years. This is a culinary journey. Each course was a work of art to see and taste. The wine pairing was worth the extra charge. We experienced wines from all over the world. The chef and his staff paid attention to every detail to make our anniversary evening exceptional. We'll gladly make time to dine here again the next time we’re in town.
Stayed at Chatham Inn last night and dined at Cuvée and have to say it was outstanding! Javier the sommelier was terrific (and generous) with the wine pairings. The waitstaff is very well trained and professional. And the chef made a couple of table side visits to present the sauces, etc. Love that the menu is a tasting menu (4 course) but at least 3 choices for each course. Menu seems to change frequently but if I went back tonight- I’m not sure I’d change anything- every bite was delicious!
Can’t wait to return.
We are really looking forward to our experience here after much back-and-forth. We booked the seven course dinner upon arriving however We were informed that the course dinner was going to be a carryover from Valentine’s Day and then the chef decided to change it to a five course because we are running a few minutes behind . Unfortunately he also changed the menu and at this point it was 8 inches very snowy and we were staying right at the inn. We weren’t looking to drive anywhere so we had to go hungry that night as it was 8 o’clock at night and we couldn’t find any anywhere to eat. I really don’t appreciate the chef being so unaccommodating.
Excellent service, cuisine and atmosphere. Overall a lovely dining experience. I highly recommend!
One of the most spectacular culinary experiences I have ever enjoyed.

A fantastic dining experience, loved the presentation and thoughtfulness
Vegetarian options: There are some options in each category but if you're strict about things it's a little challenging. Nevertheless, the food was great

Very well done. We enjoyed the 4 course tasting menu. Service was excellent and the food was prepared thoughtfully. Sometimes with a tasting menu a dish will not resonate with you but this was not the case with Cuvée. We really liked each course.

My flight was cancelled and I had a reservation here later that night. I called Cuvée immediately and they rigidly told me I would be charged $330.00 no show regardless. I told them I could send them the email from the airline proving the cancellation. They said it doesn’t matter. I was coming in town for my son’s engagement the next day (Friday). I was staying at the Inn…. For every reason they should have been kind and understanding and they were not. Horrible, inhumane service.

A truly extraordinary experience! Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was perfect. Luz was our server and she was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly and personable. Our reservation included a 4 course dinner, but we actually received two extra complimentary courses, champagne, cookies and brownies to take home! An anniversary dinner we will never forget. We can’t wait to come back!

Recommended by a Bostonian for view and food. One block behind is the parking lot for self or valet parking. Short walk to rear entrance of hotel and restaurant. The view and veranda did not disappoint. Ate inside due to rainy conditions. Presentation and Ambience of entire facility was top notch. Food choices were fish and chips on slaw and sprouts and Sesame Tuna, Sprouts, Fries.
Sufficient Sprouts for each bite of Tuna. Fries were the best ever eaten as I prefer a thinner, crispier, not overly crispy taste. Staff throughout establishment very attentive and informative.
Parking: Behind restaurant. Self or valet. Short walk to inn and restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: Level access on entry and restaurant.

Very special place. We did the four course with wine pairing. The staff is very attentive. The food beautiful.
The food was absolutely amazing. But the truly exceptional part of the entire experience was Rafael our waiter. He was extremely knowledgeable about the dishes. We were very impressed with everything. Highly recommended!
