Wow- this place is great! Dunkin is always great but the folks here are so pleasant and working so hard. I would say this is the cornerstone of Chatham culture. But really the staff is so nice and works so hard, it wouldnât be the same without them

Went there for a coffee and donuts. Store had 9 staff working- all staff ignored and wouldn't take any in person orders dispite the long line of customers waiting in line because of "app orders" wouldn't acknowledge anyone. Customers tried to speak up and ask what was going on after some of them waiting 45 minutes. And were ignored by all staff except 2 who snapped back with an attitude saying "they're busy with app orders" No manager on. Staff doesn't care about customers waiting in line. Half the staff were just standing around watching other staff make things.
Visited Chatham Massachusetts today, stopped in for coffee and donuts at the end of our day with my grandkids. Dominic was so kind to us! After we started ordering he said âwe close at 5ââŠit was about 3 minutes til! He had no reason to go ahead and serve 5 people but he very kindly did! Dunkinâ management should be proud of this guy! Thanks Dominic!
