Came in for the first time in a while. Nice remodel… totally ruined by the worst service experience. I was waiting for a cold brew for 5-10 minutes (only person actually in the store). One employee on his phone and eating his breakfast. The other employee while making an order before mine put his bare hands in the trash at 10:20am 1/16/26. Didn’t make my drink to properly. Doubt I’ll be back.

Stopped in here the other day on the way home from Chatham Bars Inn and was able to grab a quick coffee. This Dunkin is big, clean and has a great selection of food and service. The best part was seeing a Dunkin ATM in the wild.

The place is conveniently located in the middle of Chatham on Main Street, has ample free parking, has a wonderful homey old-style New England atmosphere given that it is in a converted two-story house, and the locates and tourists alike feel at home here. The staff is cheerful and prompt in serving the iconic Dunkin Donuts specialties, which are significantly less expensive than at gourmet upscale coffee and tea shops.
Whenever I am in Chatham, this is my first stop in the morning, or later in the day to obtain a coffee drink to accompany a drive.

If you're not going to mobile order, dont bother. The dunkin business model now isn't to take care of the customer in the store, its to take your money and hold it.
Over a half hour wait for a single breakfast sandwich and they hadn't even started to make it yet. The guy in front of me left over 10 minutes before with 2 sandwiches.

Wow- this place is great! Dunkin is always great but the folks here are so pleasant and working so hard. I would say this is the cornerstone of Chatham culture. But really the staff is so nice and works so hard, it wouldn’t be the same without them
