Very rude the worker was serving a customer I walked in and they very rudely said we're closed while serving someone and I was the only other person in the store. Additionally, when I asked about the hours as I had seen different hours posted, I was blatantly ignored. Will not be coming here again as this is not the first time I've had horrible customer service and with different staff also.

Dirtiest Dunkin Donuts Ive ever been in! The restroom is super gross. I brought it to one of the staffs’ attention and she just dismissed me
If you’ve got fifteen minutes to wait for a coffee, this is your place! There were three people in front of me in line at the cash, and I waited almost fifteen minutes for one flat white. The lady who was first in line was served just before me, and the lady directly in front of me got hers first and left right away. I realize they were making drive-thru orders, and app-ordered bevvies, but there were a number of staff, so I couldn’t figure out what the hold-up was. A paramedic was waiting alongside me and she was going to cancel her order, as she had to leave. A ridiculous amount of time to wait for one coffee.

The first time I visited this location, they got the order wrong, (large Frozen Matcha w/ whipped cream) instead, I received an Iced Macha w/ whipped cream, however I did not notice until walking to my car, and I was pressed for time so I didn't go back. The next time I went , I ordered a large frozen Matcha with whipped cream, stressing it be frozen and not iced. As I was watching the lady making it, I noticed that she barely blended it for more than 5 seconds, and that was confirmed with me witnessing her scooping out and discarding what appeared to be clumps of ice, then she put the lid on without putting any whipped cream on top. I then got her attention and told her I ordered it with whipped cream. Another lady chimmed in and said she did not charge me for the whipped cream with my initial order. She then proceeded to go to register and ring me up for 48 cents. I only had a large bill so I had to use my debit card. How petty are you? A charge for 48 cents when the cashier couldn't get the order right? And by the way, I was the only customer at that time so it was not busy. I could see the Matcha powder all throughout the cup, to reiterate how it was barely blended.Done with DD. Was going for the Macha only and they can't even get that right. Taste is never consistent at any of DD. I will save the almost $7. AMERICA needs to run on something else.

Dunkin Donuts..Chatham. MA. Came down early as I'm going to do some photography work here. Can't go wrong with "D".Ham and cheese and bacon on an English. Gash browns..oj. fast service...friendly people..order quick to come out.Nice facility. Clean...well kept.....
