This spot was recommended to us by a local! And it was great! Very local vibes, even on a Sunday afternoon there was a nice little crowd for the sports games of the day. We went here to watch a game for March madness. The only thing I would recommend is having your team went and I feel like that would help with the atmosphere otherwise 10 out of 10.
We went to the Red Nun in Chatham for the first time and I’m not sure what took us so long! The food was pub food fare done right. I had a cup of clam chowder, not the best I’ve ever had, but very good. Lots of clams in it. I also tried the Western Burger but with Ghost Pepper cheddar instead of Swiss. The burger was excellent. The food that we got (fried scallops) were great, but the butter toffee cake that we got for dessert was DIVINE. That was the best dessert I have ever had.
