A classic institution here in Chatham. Went there as a kid and now I bring my kids. Still run by the same family. They make a great lunch at the grill… the kids will love the chicken tenders and fries.

Had fish and chips, chicken tenders, and onion rings. Fish was great, but the chicken tenders were a hidden gem! Delicious and actual tenders! The service was excellent as well.

I’ve been coming to the snack bar for the last 18 years and it will always hold a special place in my heart. There is something about a family run business that can serve up delicious food and have a good ole conversation with you. 7 piece spicy tender with a chocolate milk shake is a little insiders tip!

My family and I have been coming to Chatham for the past five years for our annual two week summer vacation. The kind and helpful people at the Ridgevale Snack Bar always add a lot of positive vibes to our experience. The food is great and the people there are really nice. The boat rentals are also terrific. I have taken sailing lessons with Eric the past couple of summers and he has been great. All in all highly recommended!

Terrible!!!!! I found hair in my ice cream and giant chunks of ice in it to also she gave me the wrong flavor and there was almonds in the mint chocolate chip and when I asked for a cone she gave me a cup. There was only about four flavors of ice cream there I would never recommend going there And the beach was Stinky .
My review is for the rentals. The staff was so incredibly helpful. I noticed right away they were extremely patient with other patrons that had several specific questions. Our sail was amazing, thanks to the recommendations of the staff. We had an amazing day on and off the beach thanks to the staff.

Grilled cheese, grilled ham and cheese, hot dogs, burgers, fries, rings, chicken fingers, lobster rolls, clam roll, scallop roll, fishcakes, chicken, fish and chips, ice cream. PB&J, grilled chicken, tuna sandwiches. Lots of kid friendly choices, no duck fat fries or goat cheese croutons here.

The food, when it arrives, is good for beach fare. The onion rings are great. I know patience is a virtue but waiting upwards of 30 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich is excessive. They need a better system for making meals such as express foods the are ready quicker.

It's a great place! If you're at the beach you walk there for lunch. The cheese fries are great and the workers are usually friendly. The slushies and ice cream are fun to get also. Prices aren't too bad

First let me say. This IS a beach shack. If you want a nice sit down meal don't bother. If you want hot dogs, burgers, and clams while basking in the sun then this is the right place. People who work it are nice. You can also rent sunfish, catamarans and kayaks. Very convent at Ridgevale Beach. Have a great summer. I am The Hashmsn
