I placed a large catering order to provide meals to our local disabled veterans in VA homes. I had organized teams of military members to deliver it to the five households with a pick up time of 1100. The restaurant took my order and took my money of course but did not bother telling me the hours of the restaurant had changed to open at noon. Finally around 1130 after half my volunteers had to leave one lone employee showed up to open the restaurant. We ordered individually plated meals and apple pie but instead got containers of food and prepackaged brownies. Which is not acceptable for the homes we were delivering to.At no point did I receive an email asking me if I would accept substitutions or about the restaurant not being open.

I couldn’t believe how awful everything was. Let’s cover this in sections:1. As soon as we arrive at the restaurant, the place was completely empty. The new chicken restaurant next door was bustling. That, right out of the gate, should’ve been a sign. The floor was dirty, and the trash can didn’t fit in the cabinet, so the door was open. That’s not something you want to see while eating.2. The options were extremely limited. Not just entrees, but also sides and especially beverages. The soda fountain was inoperable, and iced tea was unavailable. All they had was bottled water and Diet Coke. That’s it!3. The food was absolutely disgusting. The “country fried chicken” was a frozen patty they just zapped in the microwave. It was rubbery, dry, and there was NO gravy available. The corn bread was dry and hard. The broccoli was sopping wet with no crispness at all. The food was served in styrofoam to-go boxes. This was one of the bottom three restaurants I’ve been to, and the WORST for food, ever. In the 40 years I’ve been alive, I’ve never had such an awful meal at a restaurant. With so many pretty good options on Drum Hill, this one has zero competitive edge to stay around.

Food was so terrible, mashed potato too dry, and there was no gravy in here. Macaroni cheese was mashed and watery. The service was horrible. The place is so smell and looks dirty. Specifically, the cost is too high with food and service are not quality. Would not recommend anyone come here to waste your money.

I'll cover quality, value, cleanliness and service on a ten scale.1. Service was good, a 10 actually.2. Cleanliness of restaurant was generally good. Bathroom was cleanish,, and generally okay but definitely not maintained. Lock on stall doesn't work, stains on porcelain, generally unpleasant. Overall a 5.3. Quality on chicken was a 6, dry. Quality on Mac n cheese a 3 (used to be a 10), corn bread a 2 as it was cold and stale, red potatoes a 7 but a bit hard4. On the value size, the meal doesn't come with a drink so the $13 for a minimum turns to $16.xx. the portions for $16 and the overall quality make the value a 4 on the 10 scale. For $16 there's fresh food at 100 other places, made to order. So if I add this up we get 37 out of 70 so roughly a 5 out of 10. And note, I am not comparing BM against any other place.I wasn't expecting a 10, but a 7 is mandatory this day and age.

I can’t believe how disgusting the meatloaf, chicken and mash potatoes was. What a waste of money, never experience a Boston Market so terrible. The person working there was extra rude and provided the most horrible service. This location is giving Boston Market a horrible name

Got take out. I was gonna say they got the already cooked chicken from market basket down the street. But market basket is way better. Oh boy is it bad. Everything else was just as bad. What happened to this place. Never going back.

This is the worst place ever! I do not know who the franchise owner is but they should be ashamed and simply close the doors. We went to order food and they were out of bread no mashed potatoes and the corn looked and tasted like it was days old. The potato wedges were hard and no pot pies as well. Honestly the chicken was even a bit sketchy. I will not go back to this hole in the wall. The person who reviewed what the bathrooms looked like were spot on as well.I will never even consider eating from this place again.

The food is gross with zero care put into it's preparation. I've had better meals and better service at McDonald's. The mashed potatoes had no flavor even with gravy. The meat loaf was rubbery also with no flavor. I wouldn't give it to my dog. And they forgot my cornbread. I've been to other Boston Markets in the area and this has to be the worst! Dining room was closed at 8 pm and just one poor guy working the drive thru who had been there for 12 hours! Had to be one of the worst take out experiences ever. To the owner, if you care this little about how you treat your customers and the product you provide in the hospitality business, you're in the wrong business!!

This location is the worst. We ordered take out diner from here. First of all the drive thru attendant was so rude. Secondly the rotisserie chicken was burnt and the corn bread was uncooked. Worst experience never going back here.

This appears to be yet another franchise being run into the ground in Drum Hill. No stuffing, cornbread, cranberries available... Like not even in the store, it's not that it wasn't ready. Mac and cheese and potatoes saltier than usual. Gravy was like white sauce barely flavored with chicken.

No ratings are given by me and I would give them -rating and the lowest it could go. Bathroom urinals have mold growing in them and bathroom itself looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. My kids helped cleaned bathrooms at the age of 5 and did better jobs. No selection choices really of their already 4-5 hour old choices there. Somebody doesn't know how to bake the cornbreads, potatoes tasted worse then any I have ever had, Mac and cheese didn't taste like any Mac and cheese that can be made. (Stouffer's and lean cuisine have better flavor than theirs). Then their soda machine is broken, only had water bottles and 1 2litter Diet Coke, we took the Diet Coke to find out we paid $4.99 for it when there is a Hannafords right next door. Way overpriced! The staff didn't look too sanitary themselves! I probably would have had a better experience at the local soup kitchen than this place. HINT......if they have an empty parking lot at 4pm, don't go there........run and don't look back!!!!! Travelled an hour because ours was shut down when they had cut backs years ago and we miss the one near us. Wasted my time, wasted $33 because we ended up just throwing it away and had to spend another $35 somewhere else hoping what we did eat didn't cause food poisoning! Not to mention the gas wasted from taking this trip to be let down and grossed out. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!! Stay safe/stay away!

My family is away for the night, so I figured to give this place a try as a healthier alternative to McD's and the like.. I roll up to the drive thru.. They only have dark meat, fine.. For sides, no steamed broccoli, no mashed potatoes, no steamed corn.. I relent and go with their creamed spinach and mac and cheese. Drink time.... No coke, no sprite, no root beer - just sweet tea or diet soda. I roll up to pay, she hands me my drink - something feels off, I don't hear any rattling, it doesn't feel cold.. Lo and behold, there's no ice. I get their attention again and ask for ice. Sorry, "we don't have ice". For $18!! I feel like I just got punked. If they can't even stock up (since they're out of damn near everything) and have a working ice machine, maybe they should just do everyone a favor and shut down.
