I used to work here in high school from March of 2021 - August of 2022. Let me tell you . . . and I am not exaggerating . . . PRIME Derrick Rose in 2011 when he won MVP. Mr. Michael Graham, Mr. Sam Rogers, and Mr. Rahil Patel were legit dogs from that 12-6/12-7 closing shift. Heck, the we lasted longer than the managers. Since I was there, at least 50 workers were in and out. Drinks were crazy good and sandwiches would make Gordan Ransay say "Oh, that's actually quite nice!". P.S. Dont play with my sweet black pepper bacon sandwich on a croissant that was heavenly. Anyway, we all went to college wondering what would be the fate of this store since it was in the hands of the goddess herself, Brianna. I come back during a weekend and holy shit this store went to shambles. I knew this because Eric and Tristan were on closing duty and Queen Michelle was bosslady in the morning. Fast forward to summer of 2023 and there is a new kid working and getting trained every other week. And fast forward now, the store is now closed. What used to be the Dunkin that was popping around the corner, and now is closed is very sad. It is like how Derrick Rose got traded to the Knicks after all of those knee injuries and he isn't no Lebron thinking he can be MVP caliber again. The fallout of this store was when Adie Conway got bought out. Sad.

I work in Chelmsford and this is the closest dunks location to me. I usually do a mobile order every day in my break for a coffee, however 3 out of 5 times they always forget an item in my order and I have to ask for it at the counter. Today I ordered a drink as well as a glazed donut. I walked to the mobile pick up area to grab my drink, but they forgot my donut so I had to go back to the counter. Three employees were all behind the register talking, when I asked for my second item I was given it, but they never apologize about the inconvenience ever. I usually never care about stuff like this, but it happens so frequently that it makes me not want to come back to this location!

Both people behind the counter glued to their phones, I had to loudly say 'excuse me' before anyone noticed they had a customer. Then they screwed up the order (one drink, couldnt be too hard to get right, right?) and instead of just handing it to me, they leave it at the far end of the counter with nobody else in line. I dont usually complain, but sheesh. Minimum wage, minimum effort, must be the motto here.

i recently visited Dunkin', and I have to say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. First off, the coffee was atrocious. It tasted like it had been sitting in the pot for hours—stale, bitter, and barely lukewarm.

The donuts, which are supposed to be their specialty, were equally disappointing. They were dry, crumbly, and lacked any real flavor. I ordered a glazed donut, and it tasted like cardboard with a hint of sugar. To make matters worse, it was clear that they had been sitting out for far too long, as they were hard and far from the fresh, soft texture I was expecting.

I also tried a breakfast sandwich, and it was a complete disaster. The bread was soggy, the egg was rubbery, and the bacon was burnt to a crisp. The whole thing was a greasy mess that left me feeling queasy.

The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated. They got my order wrong twice, and when I pointed it out, they acted like it was my fault. The place was dirty, with crumbs and trash littering the tables and floor.

2nd time I'm 2 weeks mobile ordered a sandwich, only to get home and open the package to see a burnt sandwich. How do they not notice it when they wrap it.

Save yourself. Go down the road to Drum Hill. I will avoid the store at all cost. The unhygienic food/drink preparation area. Overflowing trash receptacles. You will wait anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes for your coffee and food. The staff when they are staffed or lazy. They spend more time, chatting with each other instead of working on your order. I don't know who owns this franchise, but they shouldn't be allowed to. They are dragging the Duncan emerge through the mud. I have never seen a Dunkin' in worse condition than this location.

Wheelchair accessibility: While there is a ramp, there's no automatic door opener. So you're at the mercy of someone helping you.

Employees all walked out on 9/16 and left the place deserted. Didn’t even lock up. Dunks should be treating their employees better so things like that don’t happen. Every time we go there it is understaffed.
