Showed up an hour before closing. The wait staff was courteous and fast to get us settled in. The royal razz was good and they included >3 cherries, which is always a plus.

Walked in to see 4 employees at the register; not one of them acknowledged my party for full two minutes - then we were asked "Are you ready?" We were escorted THROUGH THE KITCHEN to a seat next to the dish room and the 2 kids menus they handed us were dirty, torn, and colored on already. Another 10 mins passes before a waitress comes through and acknowledges everyone in our area EXCEPT FOR US. The people in the adjacent booth whom were already there when we arrived hadn't even put their order in. At that point, we left and went across to Amicis - where we should have gone to begin with. As a former manager for Friendly's, I'm appalled at the service and appearance of this store; I may need to call corperate so they can send a mystery shopper. This location should be shut down.

We went here for lunch. There was 2 empty tables. No sign saying wait to be seated so we went and sat at one we thought was clean. Well it was filthy. One guy waiting on tables. He cleaned the other table and looked over at me three times. We still waited and waited. Another family sat at the other table and he gave them menus again looking over at me. When he came back to wait on them we then said ok enough is enough and we left. We ended up with a better meal somewhere else. I will never go to that friendlies again.

Went about an hour to closing time. The Wait Staff were very attentive, courteous and on top of things. Order went smoothly and even a recommendation in reference to my side order was made, so that I wouldn't spend unnecessary money and still get exactly what I wanted. My food was fresh, however, it was not bursting with much flavor. I tend to like my food with a little flavor. Overall, it was a good experience for me.

Fast service food was up quickly. Everything was pretty good today this place is definitely improved since the last time I reviewed a Friendly's I'm very glad because my daughter enjoys eating here. Keep up the good work. Only 4 🌟 because of portion size on the waffle fries. Our waitress was nice fast and quick on her feet. Really hoping this is the new normal for Friendly's!
