We came to this location after having a horrible experience at the one across the street. We were greeted with a kind employee who was quick to remake us drinks we wanted (we were rushed and they didn’t have my husband’s original order at the previous location). We encourage you to go here instead of the one across the street!

They never get my ice coffee right, I tell them the way I like it and still get it right I have to show a picture of the drink to get right,I stop buying coffee because I loved the picture had to use to get it

Looks like they don’t realize what’s rush hour. Been waiting for 20 minutes just to reach to the register to order, while there are two person in front of me. Though they mentioned they are updating their system that’s quite a long wait.
