El Xielo is a restaurant where the service is excellent, with attentive waitresses. However, there were some issues with the billing process regarding tips. The music can be repetitive, but the service is respectful and considerate. Some customers feel that the quality of the food has decreased, especially the lack of variety in juices. It is suggested that the owner pays more attention to the food service to enhance the overall dining experience.
