I ordered food from them A WHOLE YEAR AGO, mfs still haven’t gave me my bread back and I spent over $60. 🤨. 0 rating. Poor customer service.
I made and order through them on door dash for the mini pancakes with fruit. When I received my order all I got was plain fried oreos ? I called and they said they did not have pancakes so they just sent those. Coming from another business owner, the proper thing to do is to call your customer and explain the inconvenience and that you are not able to complete their order. Person who answered the phone said they would have the owner call me and did not even take my phone number...read full review
I ordered food, they didn't give the driver all of my order. i called them and they said they would refund me, "I don't want a refund, I want the food I ordered." they refused and wished me luck. I ordered because I run my own business and can't leave during the day. Horrible way of taking care of your customers, it's a shame because their food is quite good.
