In my opinion, this is the best McDonald’s in the MA area. The staff are efficient & serious about their job. They work hard to dispatch the order out to the customers and the staff are usually nice to it’s patrons. (Chelsea’s Staff in 472 Broadway are more friendlier than the other McDonald’s in the area or fast food spots.) I usually have a good experience and the staff are respectful and professional for the most part. No complaints if you are doing fast food deliveries...
What can I say? It's a standard functional mcdonalds with standard McDonald's food and quality. Which is to say there is nothing notably wrong with this place. Decent overall McDonald's but nothing special.
It says online that it doesn’t close until 11 pm, so I walked down to grab food. I tried to open the door and it was locked, a McDonald’s employee was outside talking to somebody and looked at me like I didn’t belong in the establishment. Very distasteful experience!
