“i've been ordering from here for about 6 months. the food is unmatched. everything made to order. my usual order: pupusas, gorditas, chincharron. the pupusas are HOT, to the point where you cant even pick it up, it's sooo fresh, light, delicious. 10/10
the gorditas are very generous, nice and hot 10/10
chincharron is always nice and crispy you can tell they just fried it. 10/10
and today i just ordered the sopa de camarones, i was thinking it was a small bowl and its a WHOLE big container, i'd say it's enough for 3 people if you pair it with the rice that it comes with (and 2 tortillas).
you CANT BEAT THIS PLACE!!!!!! the price is super fair, amazing portions, good service, amazing food. i've definitely ordered over 15 times, and it's always great. THANK YOU!!!!“

“Sabor Especial certainly hits the spot! It was a cozy place to stop in on a Sunday evening and enjoy some traditional Salvadoreño food & drink. 4 ’s revueltas, atol ? & freshly made horchata ?!Right under the bridge, plenty of parking. Easy access for those headed into Boston or North.Great place to try if your bored at the casino I must mention. It’s good to step out of your comfort zone. A lot of takeout being prepared here but feel free to eat inside and gather the whole experience hot fresh off the press.Follow @CH3BZ for more legendary reviews!“

“I am not the person to be writing or giving an opinion on anything in any store but they never arrive. I write this not to offend or anything. I write it in a way so that they are aware and do not steal. For you, .15 cents is nothing, nor for me, but for someone else it may mean something.

My experience and what is happening with this business. They cook very delicious, I am clear about that, the flavor in the food is very good. The problem is that the first time I asked for the receipt and with itemized prices and I see that they charge me .15 for the bag, I said, that's fine because I need it and in some places they charge it. Today I'm going to pick up an order and I tell him I don't have a bag so he doesn't charge me for it and I ask for a receipt with the prices broken down, a girl tells me "take it because it was charged anyway" I tell her that it was charged if I said that I didn't love her.

They started telling me that the system charges it automatically, that the city hall charges taxes etc etc etc, a lot of excuses. I know they buy the bags but if I don't want it however I want they keep it, I don't steal it, and if I had to buy it I would buy it, that is not my regret. Gentlemen, the client has and should have the option to decide if he wants to pay the damned bag or not, not that they say that the system charges it automatically, it is a scam and a theft from the client. Because I know that .15 cents is nothing, but we have to be honest with customers and ask if they want the bag or not and that there is an additional cost even if it is an additional cent. A lady got angry and took out .15 to give me them and I didn't want them, I grabbed the bag and told her I'll take it because they charged for it anyway. That's not how you struggle. If they are going to charge for something, they should tell the client and let the person decide if they want it or not. Not just charge them and that's it. I come back and repeat, they cook very delicious, I recommend it but in that hidden charge that they don't say it is where I see the difference, without offending. And they will say, if you want to buy here, you should buy and if not go somewhere else, but we are talking about honesty above all. Something that they are failing a little.

Ahhh and about the service, one of them must learn to be a little more friendly and have good manners, because you as a representative within the establishment should be more friendly and attentive. In general, I recommend the food and its flavors are very delicious.“

“We ate here in June of 2024 and our kids are still talking about how great it was 8 months later. Eating there was their favorite thing we did in Boston.

Vegetarian options: The bean and cheese pupusas were fantastic!

Dietary restrictions: They were very friendly and willing to alter a plate to accommodate dairy-free for me.

Kid-friendliness: We brought 4 kids. They were really sweet to them.“
