What drew me to this restaurant was the option of two different sizes for their Pupusas, and I decided to try both the regular and the larger size. The photos truly speak volumes about the size difference - the bigger ones were impressive!The pupusas were incredibly cheesy and, most importantly, absolutely delicious. The blend of flavors and the generous amount of cheese made every bite a delight. The combination of textures and the savory taste left me craving for more. The regular and larger sizes provided a choice to satisfy different appetites, which was a great feature.I highly recommend El Rey de Las Pupusas for their delectable pupusas, whether you prefer regular or the larger size. “El Rey de Las Pupusas is a hidden gem in a busy Mount pleasant neighborhood. I drive by every Sunday afternoon while I'm working and finally made there on my day off. This place is nothing short of spectacular. The menu has allot of great choices. And it being my first time. The young lady who worked there. Was kind enough to help me make my choice easy. I had a small chicken Pupusas and two large Pork and cheese. With a Mango shake they made fresh. Which was absolutely delicious ! The condiments she brought out. Which was fresh made hot sauce, a cabbage salad an a side of tomato sauce just made my dish all the best. This place is definitely a return trip. Because there is still so much more that on the menu that I like to try. What a great experience.“

“Parking: The lot to park in is closed. There is on street parking but only one side street to park. It can be difficult to find a spot as the houses there also use the parking spots

“Excelente comida. Y por favor mantengan la musica latina/Colombiana. Con todo respeto, la musica norteña solo llama a centro americanos y Mexicanos, pero ahuyenta a todos los demas latinos. Por eso un mix de las dos músicas estaria bien.“
