Tori Japan is a sushi place that offers a mixed experience. Customers can order on a kiosk, which makes things easy and convenient. The restaurant has plenty of seating inside and is described as very clean. The people are nice and the service is really good. However, several reviews mention long wait times for food, with one order arriving late and cold. The food receives mixed feedback. The rainbow roll is nice, the shrimp tempura roll is outstanding, and the red bull roll and dumplings (extra crispy) are favorites. Chicken Terriyaki is good, but the side veggies are weak, and the lo mein was overcooked. The steak and shrimp Bento box and salmon bento with sushi, dumplings, and noodles are tasty and a good value, though one order of extra shrimp was missing and the shrimp was very small. The noodles were spaghetti rather than chow main noodles, and some found nothing had any flavor at all. Dine-in plastic forks are basically useless. Overall, it is a solid spot with a good setup and great prices, just with slower service.
