It is seasoned with burger salt and seared hot on one side, smash patty style. American cheese is melted on top. The burger is garnished with sliced red onion, dashi pickles ), and a dashi pickle special sauce , and is served on a pepperidge farm sesame seed bun toasted in beef fat. The burger is served with fries.

The host and server were excellent. The food and beverage choices were good as well. Ambience and decor were fantastic. I had walked by Bianca many times, but did not realize how adorable the interior was. Was perfect for a girls Sunday brunch! Great gluten free menu as well.

We love Bianca's and go often! The double Wagu beef burger and meat pizza are great. We also love the sushi, particularly the mushroom truffle roll. And to top it off, the bartender makes the best manhattans, which are my favorites.

Very very positive overall. Ordered spinach&artichoke dip, spicy tuna roll, vodka pasta, short rib pasta, and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was very very good and great portions. All the food plus two alcoholic drinks totaled $130 before tip. Inside of the restaurant was beautiful and perfect for a date night or other special occasion. Service was solid and attentive. Could not recommend more!
