Cava chestnut hill is the best cava i've ever been to!!! The food is incredibly fresh and the presentation of the ingredients to add on the bowl is so clean and neat. The staff is impeccable! Truly some of the nicest people I've ever encountered, my father and I always have the nicest small talk with them. Want to write this review to highlight Jeff! He was so kind to us and made our entire experience so great and inviting! He's truly a gem and a fantastic member of this Cavas team! Go Jeff!! Can't wait to come back and eat my favorite meal!
Their blueberry lemonade tastes like water. Very diluted. I have been to other cava s and were all good. This one not so much. Food was ok, very little in bowl.

I had the pleasure of going in after my shift at Cheesecake Factory and Jeff and another co worker whose name I did not catch (tattoos, light skinned, braces) were genuinely amazing. In the small time I was there I saw them be attentive, kind, funny and overall just kind humans. It is incredibly easy to be miserable working late at night at minimum wage job, especially in the world we live in, but they actively chose to bring some joy.
My favorite location. It’s always a good vibe here, they have great customer service. Also thanks to Rodney he is really welcoming, and made the whole ordering process smooth for me and my daughter .
