Wonderful little hole in the wall artisan coffee shop located inside the Chestnut Hill Mall. I purchased a cappuccino, tea, and croissant waffle. All were delicious and presented well. The service is wonderful as well!

I got the Tiramisu specialty Latte, it was SO good! The service was also great, the baristas were very friendly. There was a lot of comfortable seating and jazz music playing, a good atmosphere.

Glazed Bite is perfect for a quick and delicious treat. I stopped by for a first time to grab a light bite and was impressed — the waffles with ice cream were absolutely amazing, paired with a refreshing iced coffee. The sandwich I tried wasn’t huge, but it was flavorful and satisfying. Great spot if you want something tasty and fast while shopping at the mall. Definitely worth a stop!

Fantastic little coffee shop. Located inside of walk in mall, so a bit inconvenient to get to. Seating space is limited. But the service and food made up for it. Atmosphere was modern and comfortable; a little noisy for those that are volume sensitive. The Croffle (croissant/waffle) was a bit overhyped. Definitely worth the novel experience but wouldn’t order twice.
I’ve been here a few times now and have always had a great time. It’s clean, quiet and because it’s at the mall, parking is never an issue. The coffee is delicious and smooth and it’s the best cappuccino I’ve had in Boston. Desserts are great too. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Honestly, zero complaints. I like coming here.

Banana pudding matcha latte is so good it is worth the trip just for it! Lizzy was so so kind with great service. Worth going to the mall for this it is across from Boston Barkey. They give great recs and they have wifi and outlets and many diary options.

Glazed Bytes is a smaller cafe and eatery located in the Chestnut Hill Mall. I didn't know this place existed, I was coming to check out another store when it caught my attention with it's design and signage.
The staff were friendly and able to make our drinks quite quickly. There was only a few staff on hand, which was understandable due to the size of the establishment, but it worked.
We got a Mango Passionfruit smoothie, which was sweet and quite tasty. It was decently sized for the price, and both flavors went well together without overwhelming each other.
I also saw they had croffles and grilled cheese on the menu, both at reasonable prices, so I'd love to come back again and try these options as well.
Best lattes in Massachusetts, and I’ve been everywhere. The food is outstanding as well. This company will be a huge success spread across the country guaranteed! It’s amazing
