“We have been getting PC meals for the last 4-5 years. Every dish is carefully thought of and the different ingredients come together beautifully. The menu changes regularly so we do look forward to the dishes. Initially, we received the whole booklet so we had access to all other recipes too. Now, we get individual recipe cards just for the dish you ordered! 😅
Sometimes, the 4 servings are enough for 4-6 people and at other times it is only enough for 2-3 people. The greens wilt easily so you have to cook within first 2-3 days of receiving the box.
Overall, it is a great meal kit service for vegan meals.“
