So lucky to have a nespresso boutique nearby. The associates are so helpful and so kind. I know absolutely nothing about coffee and they always give great recommendations and offer samples.

This place is a godsend compared to the dumpster fire that the Boston location is.
Staff are super nice and friendly and parking is super convenient and the mall’s great too.

After a few disappointing experiences at other Nespresso stores, especially one at Prudential, I became hesitant to visit any in person and stuck to online orders. However, one day I desperately needed coffee and decided to try a new location—though I’ll admit, it was a bit challenging to find, nestled inside Bloomingdale’s.
Despite the small size of the store, I was pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked it was with all the new flavors and everything I could possibly need. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Marylin, who greeted me with warmth and professionalism. She took the time to listen to my preferences and brew me a cup of any pod of my choice. I was debating on two flavors and she brewed them both!
The entire team went above and beyond to make me feel special, and I left the store feeling truly pampered and impressed. This visit completely changed my view of Nespresso’s in-store experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Really wasn't sure what i wanted to purchase, but Sam was amazing! He explained all the different options for pods for my machine and he had amazing recommendations for flavors. Customer service was top notch, and I will be coming back just because of him!

I just wanted to know the difference between the vertuo pods and the Nespresso classic pods. Sales guy, in the most condescending tone, kept deflecting about the machines and asking how much I wanted to spend on one. I get it's relevant but I really just wanted to know if I needed the new vertuo line or could just stick with the classic. Felt like the guy just didn't want to be there. I went home and watched a 5 minute YouTube video which answered all my questions.I ended up deciding I'd be better suited to buy a real espresso maker instead of a pod machine.

Seriously Sam if you're not interested in working here then just quit. I have never seen someone so rude at this location before. I have been to this specific location several times and all the other staffs are great.

He knows what he did .
Overall, food was oversalted. Two people in our group each ordered sukiyaki entrées which were served 30 minutes apart. Can you imagine that? One of us having to wait 30 minutes watching while the others ate their meals. The sukiyaki beef was served over cooked - well done, the sukiyaki "soup" was far too sweet and also oversalted. Other food was brought to the table slowly - the service was simply very poor. NOT on my recommended list.
I am tired of Nespresso shop clerks. They are not interested, rude, pompous, and cranky. This location is not my first experience of this behavior. The Prudential Center shop was the same! Perhaps Nespresso trains their store clerks to be crabby? I simply think that returning recycling and purchasing over $100 of product should be at least welcomed with a smile ...
Conveniently or inconveniently(?) located inside Bloomingdale’s.The staff are helpful and patient. Some of the customers are rude and pushy — so all the more reason to applaud the staff, except they are poor at addressing people to move. Furthermore, customers that have made a decision are at the mercy of those in line still making decisions and requests. This is perplexing. Especially for a decisive person. This adds to the annoyance factor. As well, the sampling/tasting area should be at the other end of the counter to relieve congestion. What is not obvious is the service queue and how to line up. This results in disgruntled and confused customers. To alleviate this problem, set up stanchion poles with ropes and signs that say, “line forms here,” or, “…enter here for service.”Just a suggestion ;-) I dare the manager to respond. I will go to another location next time!

The nasu dengaku (Broiled eggplant) was a special surprise to accompany the suzuki and toro hamachi sashimi. We also enjoyed the light sweet tartness of the gindara saikyo (sweet miso cod with lemon sauce). Service is always quietly elegant.
Not a big selection of mainstream designers, must have salespeople order online because most items are not in stock in this store. I could have stayed home and shopped online instead of the headache of finding parking, and to not bring anything home.
Lots of caffeinated options available hehe
Incredible always first class service
Great place. Many selections of coffee pods and espresso pods. Nothing special about service though, pretty ordinary. Maybe a “ hi how are you doing” or simple “ hi” or “I can help you over here” from anyone would’ve been nice. instead of just silence and me wondering when to speak…
