I don’t do reviews, but this might have been the worst experience I have ever had. We entered the sweet green more than an hour before they closed that day and all the food was not out and they were cleaning. They still served us, but literally not a single employee out of the 4 spoke English. Furthermore, the ceiling had an ac unit and the condensation from it was dripping onto the food.

Walked in the other night not a single employee spoke English! Was trying to tweek my order and substitute the most simplest of things and no one could understand me. The worker tried calling someone else and that someone else couldn’t speak or understand English either. It was extremely disturbing to experience. I ultimately just got what I got because I couldn’t communicate in English with anyone in there. To top it off the AC on the ceiling is leaking and parts of it looks like it may be dripping in the food. Never going here again! Thankfully Cava is across the street where employees speak your countries language and can easily communicate with you!

I visit Sweetgreen almost daily at different locations and have never had an issue until this branch. I was charged extra for a topping and when I simply asked why, the staff (Rajan and Vikash) rudely said, “Do whatever you want.” Even the manager was dismissive. Completely unprofessional behavior – I won’t be coming back and do not recommend this location.

Great salad most of the time, but they run out of things all the time. Due to poor management and mediocre service (for the price) this location (and most sweet greens ) get a 3 star rating.

Ordered the new kbbq salad today… absolutely terrible. Steak was old, leaves and kimchi so soggy, stale bread. So much juice and water left at the bottom of the 17$ salad. Yikes.

Very few, if any vegan menu items. DISGUSTING! Animals are tortured and die against their will for a fleeting taste. There are many delicious plant based alternatives . How about life over death?!

Rude and insulting. Fries were cold, and when I let them know, they accused me of doing it all the time. This was the first time I’ve been to this location. You don’t treat a customer that way. Asked for and received a full refund of my order (and gave them back the food) and left. DO NOT GO HERE. 100% contacting corporate as well.

don't know where to start. My experience at Sweetgreen was absolutely atrocious, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. First off, the service was absolutely horrendous. I walked into the location expecting a quick, easy, healthy meal, but instead, I was met with the complete opposite. The employees couldn’t have been more disinterested or rude if they tried. The person at the counter acted like I was inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. They barely made eye contact and didn’t even seem to care about answering my questions about the menu. If I wanted to feel like I was annoying the staff, I could have just stayed home and asked my cat for help—at least my cat would’ve looked at me while ignoring me.

But wait, it gets worse. After enduring the abysmally bad customer service, I finally made it to the register to pay, and that’s when the real nightmare began. The price on the menu didn’t match what I was charged. Not even close. I ordered a regular-sized salad, nothing fancy, and I was charged WAY more than what the menu had listed. The cashier didn’t even bother to explain the additional charges. I had to ask, "Why am I being charged this much?" And guess what? They just shrugged it off. No apology, no explanation—nothing. Just a half-hearted gesture towards their "pricing adjustments" or whatever nonsense they called it. For a salad! I was expecting a price that matched the tiny portion of lettuce and random toppings I got, not some overinflated bill. Is this what they consider “premium” pricing? It’s insulting.

Now, let’s talk about the quality of the salad. I can’t believe they have the audacity to charge the prices they do for what I was given. My "fresh" salad was limp, sad, and lacking in any real flavor. The lettuce was wilting as if it had been sitting out for hours, and the toppings were sparse—like they were rationing out the ingredients. I’ve had better salads at cheap grocery store delis. The dressing? Don’t even get me started. It was so bland I could barely taste it. I was left wondering if the entire thing was just a cruel joke or some sort of punishment for daring to pay their ridiculous prices.

And just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, I had to wait forever for my order. The workers were too busy chatting with each other to care about getting my salad to me in a timely manner. I stood there, watching them move in slow motion, as the minutes ticked by.

Sweetgreen, you are a scam. The prices are beyond ridiculous, the service is abysmal, and the food doesn’t even remotely justify what you’re charging. I’ll never come back, and I’ll make sure everyone I know knows about this disaster of a restaurant. Consider this my official warning to anyone thinking of visiting: don’t waste your time or money. There are way better salad spots out there that actually know how to treat customers and serve food that doesn’t taste like cardboard.

Salmon was spoiled. Is Sweetgreen the next Chipotle, making its customers sick? Definitely not going back. Ugh.
