Ordered the guacamole salad…maybe had 1 oz crumbled chicken, 3 small pieces of avocado( not really guacamole) some crumbs for tortilla chips and of course mounds of green leafy and an adequate number cherry tomatoes.Do they need retraining or did they run out of ingredients…just a poor excuse for a salad. I usually give restaurants a 2nd chance but not this one.

Good sweetgreen, efficient service and generous portions. Great location too, near Wegmans and a Starbucks.

The one time I decide to order from here my salad has a rusted piece of wire in it. It stabbed the inside of my mouth! I was about to swallow it! I wanted to speak to a manager but it's impossible to reach any human. I will NEVER order sweetgreen again. ESPECIALLY not from this location.

I love Sweetgreen and I often order through the app. But the past 3 times I've ordered from this location, they've messed up my order. Either forgetting something or adding something I didn't ask for. Like I just got home with my salad and there was cabbage instead of red onion.... Last time they forgot my salmon. Always something wrong from this location.

I don't love salads. They're that type of food that leaves me still hungry after eating one. I can assure you that the Kale Cesar from sweetgreen will fill you up. Their salads are massive! Not to mention the generous cup of chicken and other toppings you get (the Kale Cesar comes with roasted chicken, tomatoes, Parmesan crisps, shaved Parmesan, kale, romaine, and Cesar dressing). Sweetgreen does not leave me still hungry after eating here. A major plus in my book!Like I said, I don't love salads so I hardly ever order them. However, I have these very random and specific cravings that happen once or twice a year for a sweetgreen salad. They're super light, filling, tasty, and the workers even ask you how heavy you'd like your dressing to be. Did I mention it comes with a piece of bread? I'll take that thank you. This Chestnut Hill location handles the line fast, has friendly staff that answers questions and suggests popular altercations, and there's a decent amount of seating to sit down and enjoy your salad on site.

Hit or miss at this sweet green location depending on who's serving. There's one guy who's great, a few other people who are not so

I want to give it 5 stars but that price point is too much for just one salad.

Yeanny made our salads and she did a fabulous job. The rest of her team was laughing and giggling in the kitchen while she took her time to make sure our salads were perfect. I understand it's Sunday and everyone just wants a day off but I believe in the food service industry customer service should always be first priority. This location could improve significantly if the entire team moved with a little more urgency and service toward the customers in their store. It was incredibly slow in my opinion for a sweet green during lunch time. The dining area was extremely dirty so I pointed out to who could've been a store manager that the tables needed to be wiped down. I do believe this location can and will improve with the right positive reinforcement and proper teamwork. Remember, leaders lead, and servers serve!

Bought a harvest bowl and kale Cesar salad. Ate Cesar salad in store and brought harvest bowl back home. However!!!! Found a LIVE BUG in the bowl??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??? under the green leaves ?? too fresh to eat? can’t decide a good comment or a bad one

The new plastic bowls are awful! They won’t mix in dressing anymore either. Not worth the $15 for a salad.

Generally order from here 2-3 times a month, 2 weeks ago they switched from compostable lids to plastic, and today they switched to a significantly smaller bowl with plastic lid. Pretty disappointed in the move away from eco-conscious practices, and overall lower value per dollar. At least the food still tastes good.

Healthy options, some bowls are pretty tasty some I wouldn’t get again out of personal opinion.
