One of my favorite stores. One stop shopping at it's finest. The food to go is really good, especially the wing bar! Good selection of organic meats and fresh veggies and juices. The liquor store upstairs has great prices. The deli selection is amazing. If you're a fan of Italian meats they have the best selection you will find in an actual supermarket, outside of going to the old school bodega. Plenty of parking....you can get everything you need before a game or a cookout in under an hour all in one stop. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable as well. Pro tip: if you get the rewards card the sales really help with the savings. Prices are more competitive than one would think.

As a Rochester native, I love everything about Wegmans. But this particular location leaves a lot to be desired. Store is cramped, crowded & not always well stocked. Worth the trip to Natick!

I was excited to learn that wegmans was so close to where I just moved. The selection of produce was amazing. You could get just about anything here. This place is huge with a alcohol section up top. This was my first time here and location and selection I'd give it a 5 star. But yes I am giving this a 3 star experience Why? Well during my check out I was told by the femal cashier "you have to stand back". That's fine as I understand we are in a pandemic. But she keep telling me to stand further and further back until my back was on the candy stand. Even then she was saying please stand back. I guess I was okay with that since I didn't want her to be uncomfortable. But what I realized was the person before me had a whole different treatment and she happened to be a caucasian female. Initially I thought it can't be because I'm asian at least not in this area or modern time. Well the person behind me was a Caucasian male with his daughter. After I paid I decided to just watch for a minute. Well well well, they had the same texact treatment as the lady in front of me. Additionally, the gentlemans daughter got fairly close to the cashier ans she seems fine. Not sure if I'm over thinking but definitely felt decimated by a wegmans employee. Hopefully my next visit will be more pleasant.

I'm done with Wegmans. The last straw is their policy change doing away with courtesy shopping cards at the register. This is just a veiled price increase. Their app is lousy. It's hard to use with a face mask. It normally logs me out requiring a lengthy log in at the register while others are waiting. Star has improved during Covid. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Russo's remain options. Without their food bar (eliminated for the pandemic), and given the poor brand selection at this small store, and also the traffic waits to exit, I leave it to the others. I'll save time and consolidate my shopping at the other markets. After a few years Wegmans' success has gone to their heads. Good bye.

So after seeing the large signs placed at the entrances proudly announcing a Prescription Meds Drop-Off Event on April 24 from 10am -2pm, I thought, "What a great idea!". I went through bathroom closets and bedside table to collect old meds snd arrived at 1:30pm to drop off a bagful of them. Did not see a collection point anywhere, and on asking Customer Service, a nice young man informed me that, "Oh yeah. It went til 1pm". I showed him a photo of the sign I had made to track the times, where it clearly says 10-2pm. "Oh, well they left at 1pm. Sorry." So if Wegman's announces an event, maybe next time they could avoid inconveniencing and disappointing their customers by sticking to the announced times?

I actually enjoyed their food and customer service, fantastic area close to my house. The staff members are always friendly. Will come visit again.

OMG save and grace, with out getting to personal I can't lift 50 oz of water. On my last bottle, not being able to get to the store I used Instacart and Wegmans. Couldn't believe how fast they came. Not sure what the fees are some waived, some added.. figure that out later. I just feel released and blessed. The service is way better than competition. No surprise we didn't have, too bad. They let you chat w/an online live person. If it needs to be replaced it allows you options with pictures . Love that!. I know Wegmans is pricey, but if you shop the grocery store, it's not so bad. The take out can get pricey.

I love Wegmans but the instacart order today was the worst. It was snowing and the shopper left my groceries outside of in the snow. The bags broke and I slipped and fell down the stairs. I called instacart to let them know there was a problem. After a prolonged apology he offered a $5 discount off my next order. I asked to speak with his supervisor and I am still waiting. I will never do another instacart order again. I didn't even get all the items I ordered and they were not refunded. I have done instacart for over 5 years and never had such a horrible experience both with the shopper and customer service.

This Wegmans was a 4 or 5 star grocery store for the first couple of years it was open. Their app made shopping a breeze and was very useful for getting you in and out with the items you wanted and I went to this store or the Westwood Wegmans almost weekly. About a year ago the app was updated and was terrible and has not returned to it's formed glory. I stopped using it and stopped going to Wegmans except a few times a year and now do most of my shopping at Star Market. Today I went to this Wegmans to pick up four things since I was right near there - only one was in stock but I found another couple of interesting items that I hadn't planned on buying. Their Covid-19 policies are ridiculous. The aisles were crowded and so far as I could tell they were not one way like Star Market. So you are passing by a couple of feet from other shoppers (but you're wearing a mask so maybe not that big a deal). The registers have plexiglass (good) and labels on the floor telling you where to stand and signs telling you to put items on the belt from the far end. Then there's a chain across the checkout aisle (for whatever reason) that makes you feel like you're a prisoner. This has to be unleashed so you can exit. So you have to touch the latch that the customer in front of you touched and the next customer will have to touch it and so on. Now comes the best part you cannot exit to the parking garage through the door you came in apparently so you don't walk by the people coming in as a Covad-19 prevention strategy even though you have been walking up and down crowded aisles beside people going in the opposite direction (did I mention that's what masks are for). And a "Covid-Police Officer" is standing there telling you you can't use that exit and you must either go up to the Wegmans liquor store which is one level above regular store parking or out the exit that leads to the outdoor parking and then walk "a couple steps" (wrongl back into the parking garage and to the elevator if you parked on a higher level than one. Fun if you are pushing a cart - luckily I only had one ripping paper bag (see last paragraph below). The same "Covid-Police Officer" appears to have a clicker or other counting device to make sure the maximum capacity of people isn't exceeded but who knows what that limit is because the place is packed. And lastly this maybe more a Newton thing that a Wegmans issue but if you don't bring your own reusable (potentially Covid spreading) bag you are charged 10 cents per paper bag that rips plus 1 cent sales tax on the bag.

3rd time I've been to this location and love all they have to offer; the variety is wonderful. Unfortunately my mist current visit was a little unpleasant with cashier Maria.C. I understand we are in a pandemic and everyone may be a little on edge but the customer service I experienced from her and the way she spoke to me and my friend was unacceptable.

2 stars only for this comment. I live several miles from any Wegmans and I don't have a car so I usually need to use Instacart. I'm from Rochester NY and grew up with Wegmans. I need ... Wegman's kaiser rolls - there are maybe only a few places that have similar type rolls in Boston. I don't know why that is. And I need Boss Sauce. I've been to this store several times and used delivery. 90% of the time there are no kaiser rolls left. Come on. Everyone can't get there when you open. I've been there at 10 am and they are still gone. What about those who stop in after work. At least have them in a 6 pack. It's really infuriating. I will have to continue to count on Stop & Shop & Star's rolls which are good but not the same.

This wegmans is not as good as the others by a long shot. When I bring my shopping list its always out of half my items or almost all of them. It has a lot less groceries and variety than other wegmans. They have a pickup service like pea pod so you have employees in your way while you shop as they are getting someone elses groceries that bought online. The sub shop they have and the pizza shop when you first come in you have a 50% chance that someone will actually be there or flag them down. I Used to buy subs often from here, they are a bit expensive but used to be worth it. Now they skimp on portions so you have to keep asking for more and at this Wegmans and the Natick wegmans they have one particular server at each that makes the sandwiches and they dont speak english very well and dont seem to want to work there. Went earlier today and tried to get a meatball sub large, easy right? She only had 4 meatballs left in the bin so she crushed them down and it looked like nothing was on it when she spread it out, told her to keep it, ridiculous. What happened to just telling the customer you're out of dont have enough. Does wegmans teach there employees this? I just stopped buying at the sub shop I used to go every week. The lines are pretty long when you get to the front because of covid they put a yellow chain across that says dont go beyond. When you put your things on the belt and they are all scanned they say come forward but the chain is still there so I guess everyone gets to touch it and put it back on? I think the main thing is the employees, they used to be great 3 or more years ago, product was in stock and the food prep areas were great. They seem to either keep hiring numbskulls or the managers dont train these ppl very well at all. This place was a 5/5 for me but now a 2/5 as Ill only go if I have to. Ill stick to the other wegmans
