Alcoa catered a feast for a Portuguese event we had with over 400 people. Jose from day 1was so easy to work with and accommodating and of course I knew the food was going to be good when I saw 6 or 7 Portuguese women in the kitchen and believe me it was. The seafood rice was amazing as well as the chicken/roast beef and potatoes. I received so many positive reviews about the food and service. I love this catering company and could not recommend them enough.
