Came to Applebee’s in Chicopee MA after a Thunderbirds game one a weekday. We came in after 10:00, hoping to get a late dinner somewhere. Elias our server was super nice and informative about the menu. He frequently checked in a provided very good customer service to us and other tables around us. Highly recommend!

The food was great, really tasty, but our server Micheala wasnt that good. We were sat at a booth at the bar, we went there to celebrate my 14th birthday, but we didnt want to get dessert because of how the server was. She barely came to check how things were, barely came take our order and was seen talking to other workers when she shouldve been more attentive to her customers, the restaurant wasnt even busy, kinda disappointed. I usually love going here.
