I called and the attendant at the Chicopee,MA store is a terrible attendant, he hung up the phone and also doesn't answer the call anymore.

Had a large roast beef sandwich was Delicious. The one thing that has no changed over the years is their roast beef. Fresh made to order and hot. Pleasant employees and nice pleasant atmosphere.

The staff is always friendly. The environment is always clean. The food is really good. Last time I was there they had the fish sandwich back again which is one of my favorite items. They continue to bring back for a limited time

We don't have an Arby's nearby in eastern Mass, so we overdo it when we go Arby's! The food was great and so were the people!
The food was good but you have to reduce your prices, people can't afford your food. That's why a lot of people will go somewhere else. I would have to say your about 30% higher than other fast food restaurants.

I have not been to Arby's in well over a decade. I was in the area today and stopped by on a whim. I ordered from the app and my food was ready for me and waiting by the time I got from the parking lot into the building. That's how fast the service was. And the food did not suffer for it, everything was excellent, tasted better than I remember to be honest, and I definitely won't go so long without stopping in again. My partner had ordered the chicken sandwich and while I didn't try it, he said that it is hands down the best fast food chicken sandwich and that "anyone who tries it will be a convert".
I was driving home and seen the Arby’s in Chicopee, I ordered the roast beef with curly fries and regular drink. It came to $14+ , it was plain,,tasteless and small as hell! The drink was good but puny! The fries were ok. I grew up with Arby’s but I will never eat there again! Total waste of money! I should have gone next door to Dunkin Donuts and bought a sandwich there! I would have given a negative 5 if I could have. Bottom line don’t waste your valuable money eating there! Nothing against the employees, it’s not their fault at all.
