We order from here for work events fairly iften. Usually for 10 or more people and they always get it right and it's always very good. Also, Aurora's has absolutely excellent pizza. It might be the best in W.Mass.

We went there at 9:30 at night, party of four. We wanted a pizza, desserts, and drinks. We were told we had to order four dinners or we couldn’t stay. It was a Tuesday night, no one was waiting for tables. A quiet night. They now lost our business and referrals.

I was looking for a good pizza in Chicopee as my Red Rose substitute, this was not it! The pizza was very basic nothing that I would order again. It took an hour and a half to be delivered, I was told 45 minutes and called to check on it and she told me rudly that it would be another 30minutes but still took longer than that. Please dont waste your time going here

I’ve been here a decent amount of times and I do love the food, it’s always hot when I come to pick it up even if I’m late. It’s always good, every now and again there’s a small problem with something not made exactly right mostly just ranch that’s forgotten I don’t mind it. But today I got boneless buffalo wings with ranch on the side, I forgot to tell them about the buffalo so I called them and told them and they said they fixed it, but when I got my food and got home there were just plain wings with ranch. And for some reason 2 tomato soups? I really wanted auroras today for their Brushetta.. they don’t have it anymore. Please bring that back at least I can’t find another place that makes it the same and it’s the only thing I’ve wanted all week.

Been ordering from Aurora's for a bit now because our regular pizza spots in Chiopee have really gone downhill lately. This particular time we got pizza and wings and it was awesome! Pizza had a crispy crust like we requested and the sweet chili and Aurora's house wings were amazing!
