An excellent local bakery! Been difficult to find one in or near Holyoke with only 2 other good options. In a quiet area with parking in front on the street. They have danishes, turnovers, pastries, cakes, and an entire cabinet dedicated to cookies. A great spot to pick up breakfast or treats with friendly staff, and a warm but crowded store feel. The horn of cream was very nice, it feels like homemade puff pastry. And to my surprise each piece is quite affordable, with danishes...

I am always on the lookout for good places to buy Portuguese goods. I was a little let down by the pasteis de nata, they were kinda rubbery. I came towards the end of the day. Maybe came at the wrong time? Have had better at the place over in Ludlow and at places in eastern Mass.

If you are a fan of the absolute freshest Portuguese rolls, you must come and buy them directly from this bakery. They are the lightest fluffiest I've ever had and are great for making sandwiches, dipping in chicken soup or stews and for my Thanksgiving stuffing. Idk why, but they're even better than that other place in Ludlow which seem heavier to me. I put my oven in 350, pop them in and then take them out as soon as the oven hits 350. Result is the most perfect flaky...
